🧸What slipping into little space can look/feel like (from my experience) !
Pouting! For no reason! I have no idea why I do that
Lots of stimming! Like rocking back and forth, wiggling your hands, humming, etc
Feeling the need to snuggle up and get comfy. I tend to press my head against my cgs shoulder or chest <3
Getting overly sleepy or overly playful! Great solution for both: Stuffies!!!!!
Going non-verbal or not being able to form full sentences ! Speaking just gets harder and takes too much energy.
Everything just gets so much more interesting and exciting !! Colorful leaves! A snail on the ground! So much to see!!
Craving snacks! Especially comfort foods!
Please remember this is just from my experience as someone whose regression age is 5-8 years. If you regress to ages younger than that, your experience might be different! These are just a few examples for what it’s like for me :) <3 But everyone’s different!
🌰 Collect chestnuts! There’s lots of things you can do with chestnuts like making little animals out of them or painting on them! But be careful when crafting!
🍁 Collect leaves! They’re so colorful at this time of the year. Perfect for crafting! Glue them on pieces of paper and get creative!
🎃 Pumpkin carving! Halloween’s right around the corner, means it’s time to get spooky! Be extra careful with this one, and if you have a cg, ask them for help!
🕯 Paper lantern making! The days are getting shorter and maybe you’d like to celebrate St. Martin’s day! Time to get your lanterns ready!
🥧 Bake! There’s tons of recipes for things like apple pie, caramel apples, cinnamon rolls, etc. Be careful when handling knives, the oven or the stove!
🥘 Cook a pumpkin soup! If you’ve already carved a pumpkin, this is your next step! Don’t let anything go to waste :) Again, be careful!
🍄 Take a walk in a forest! Don’t forget to wear a enough things to keep you warm outside! A scarf and gloves are your best friends :)
