tw: self hate ig i don’t fucking know anymore

my mind screws me over and as my stress increases my self hate does too. I can’t stop thinking about the pain and how much I dread where I currently live. I try doing things to take my mind off of it but I can’t do it. It hurts, it hurts so much. My aggressiveness is returning, my horrid thoughts are returning. I wish I knew how to stop it but I don’t. I try sleeping but can’t fall asleep. I try watching shows but it doesn’t take my mind away. I fantasize about the Zombie apocalypse or something. I fantasize about scars coating my body like soft rain drops sneaking across my skin. I fantasize about being able to just beat myself to sleep. I know better, I just can’t bring myself to vent to anyone. All I can do is scream until my thoughts are drowned out. I Fantasize about going to live deep in the forests and completely dropping contact with everyone. I know I shouldn’t but it’s what I want. I probably need a therapist but I can’t get one.
