We will be holding a contest on our tumblr for the site opening. Everyone who enters gets an extra reserve.  Winner will get an additional extra reserve and to the choosing vote on the first mist that will effect the site. To enter please use the the tag #evileyerp to submit a development creation of your own (i.e. an aesthetic, poem, playlist, etc.). You can enter as many times as you wish but that does not yield extra reserves.

Those who have assisted the hero in their journey. They proved to be useful throughout the journey providing their skills to the group. Though they might not have always been agreeable their aid was essential in the end.

The guardian tests the hero before the next step of their journey. They had a lesson to teach that is grand and necessary for the protagonists to develop.

The sign a change needs to be made. They bring revolution in action.

Must grow in order to overcome adversity. They are the main focus of their canon tale.

FAQ

IS THIS SITE CANON ONLY?

Yes we are a canon only site and do not plan to open it up to OCs.

DO MY CHARACTERS STILL HAVE THEIR POWERS?

Yes, they have their canon powers.

HOW MANY CANONS CAN I HAVE IN THE SAME UNIVERSE?

It depends on the size of the cast. It's recommended the smaller the cast the less you take to free up plotting and give other members a chance. So for instance a fairy tale like Snow White you might want to take one while the Marvel universe is more expansive and you could take more.

SO EVERYONE IS A HUMAN?

Yes, once transported to ANTI-LA everyone is put into a human form. All images used to represent characters on the site should be real life pictures of people such as actors, musicians or models.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHARACTER USES THE SAME FACE AS SOMEONE ELSE?

Faces are on a first come first serve basis. Please try to find another play by that suits your character's likeness. (i.e. Ryan Reynolds as Green Lantern and Deadpool)

HOW DOES MY CHARACTER DYING IN THEIR UNIVERSE EFFECT OTHER CANONS?

Think of it as all of the characters are taken from multiple universes so their deaths are not interconnected unless it did happen in canon and the character experienced it in their timeline

DO YOU ALLOW OTHER VERSIONS OF THE SAME CHARACTER?

No clones are allowed unless a wanted ad is posted by the original character. (i.e. Riverdale Archie vs Comic Archie or Emma Frost and the Cuckoos)

WHERE IS ANTI-LA?

No one there exactly knows. The city cuts off at the outskirts run into a fog and those who try to escape end up wandering back into the city walls.

WHAT IS THE POPULATION OF ANTI-LA?

About the size of LA. It's rather bustling but not everyone who has died is in ANTI-LA.

WHAT IS TIME/TECHNOLOGY LIKE.

It's modern. The city changes its technology and architecture to update with our time.

IS THERE A SUN OR WEATHER?

No, it is constantly dark except for man made light.There is however a giant eye floating in the sky that watches over the town.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHARACTER DIES IN THE RP?

They "respawn" in the beginning where they get up where the hospital is in central la.

DOES THE MIST EFFECT ALL OF MY THREADS?

No, only those in the mist area per month or in the past after the month has expired.

DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MIST?

No, only if you want to.

PLOT

ANTI-LA isn't the place most people expect to go when they die. It's not filled with gold and harps playing angels nor fiery and stinking of brimstone. Instead it's an ever changing city encased in darkness watched over by a mysterious eye. A sinister mist surrounds the area that rolls in every month changing the inhabitants in strange ways. No one knows why or how they were chosen but there's no escaping the gaze of the EVIL EYE

WHAT'S GOING ON?

YOUR CHARACTER DIED in their canon universe. Whether you use a canonical reason for death or make up your own they have met their end. Upon death they spawn in a human form at prime age (i.e.Chopper would be a human and Sirius Black could be 20) in the hospital located in Central ANTI-LA. ANTI-LA is an ever changing landscape that mirrors our world's Los Angeles. Except there are major differences. One being is it's surrounded by a dark fog. The other being there's a giant eyeball looming in the sky. Once a month a fog rolls in that causes the residents to transform in weird ways. The site will hold monthly Mist events describing what's going on that are optional to participate in alongside other events. If you have more questions check out the FAQ or ask in our discord.
