Dead Mellotron - Weird Dreams

Been trading emails with CC, part of this Baltimore-based shoegaze trio and creator of their album artwork. When I asked her to tell me more about their dreamy sound, she told me “I‘m just a fucked up lovesick little girl stuck in an adult body trying to live some weird peter pan fairy tale.”  Oddly, I can relate. She’d like to let listeners create their own story out of the songs, so explaining the meaning of, say, weird dreams would be counter productive. Better journey that land on your own.
