She didn’t ask him to ambush her at the doctor's office. “Come now, Jyn,” Saw says, stomping into her field of vision with what passes for a genial smile with him. “Stop acting like I’m stalking you.” “You -" She stops herself, sighs. It's no use, not with Saw. "Was it Justin?” “If I called your trainer,” he says bitterly, “I would have told him to scrap that very basic combo, that he wouldn’t know a well-executed landing if it punched him in the face and that he needs to get his athlete in check. I sent you to this doctor, child.” “Well,” Jyn bites back, “the very basic combo, my shitty landings and my overall bad attitude won me an Olympic medal, so… sorry if I don’t feel too bad.”

A GoT AU (written by someone who hated GoT) about arranged marriages, intergenerational trauma, the dangers of assuming the worst in others, and why all new brides should learn to garden. Featuring: Lord Organa talking about consent, Draven being perpetually three steps ahead of everyone else, Cassian feeling guilty about playing hooky, and Lady Organa getting doing what armed men could not.
