Forcing herself up from the ground Hazel found herself gripping onto the tree for support. Her legs wobbly. 

Dean looked down at what he was wearing as he wished he had more clothes, and then he looked at the girl. He slid his shirt off, and handed it to her. He saw that she was having trouble moving around and attempted to help her. “Hazel, where have you been?”

genevieve hadn’t heard the nickname from the mikaelson in so long that a rush of unwanted emotions filled her to the brim. as she walked next to him to their class, her hand accidentally brushed against his and she had to force herself not to wrap her fingers around his hand. it was painful not to be able to hug him and hold his hand and talk like they used to. she missed everything that they were. she had been looking straight ahead during their whole conversation but she immediately looked at his direction after his reply.  a small smile formed on her lips at the words ‘i’ve missed you too’ words that she didn’t know she was craving to hear. ❝ then what happened dean? what happened to us? ❞

He felt their hands touch, and he looked down at them and then at her. She took a small step away from the girl hoping to make things a little less awkward. He looked around, and then when she asked he let out an uncomfortable cough “You know what happened. The same thing that happen to most things Gen. I fucked it up.” He looked around awkwardly thinking about everything that had happened since his parents had disappeared. He ran his hand through his hair just wanting something to do with his hands feeling fidgidity. He quickly tried to figure out how long it was until they would be back to class, a large part of him wanted to be away from this conversation. While another part just wanted to be around her.

Dean saw the girl as she laid on the ground, and looked at her he tried to figure out who it was quickly turned away when he noticed her lack of clothes. "Um, Hazel is that you?" He waited for the girl reply listening to her noticing how disoriented she was. "Um, it's Dean by the way."

“W-..What?” was all Hazel managed to say. Her eyes looking at her surroundings as she continued to lay on the cold hard ground. Hazel’s mind was flooding in questions as to why she can finally see in color. Slowly sitting up the woman took quick notice at seeing skin. Not fur, but skin. The Mikaelson quickly became fascinated by her hands. She was becoming so intrigued at seeing her old self again Hazel didn’t take notice in someone watching her.

“Yeah, it was the easy way and it fucking worked so why does it matter?” looking at the boy that he once called a friend, he sighed slightly “I had one thing that made me even a little bit similar to my mom, and that was the witch shit. I was terrible at it, but that was it.” Part of him was envious of him getting to be both a witch and a vampire “I tried the murderous rage, and it got everyone more pissed at me then the usual. Which was fine, until I turned it back on. Trust me I want to go back to it that.” He started to pull away when he reached his hand out. “Don’t fucking touch me.”

“You’re right. That is a long to bleed. Actually I am astonished by your concern.” Dean rolled his eyes, speaking in a blatantly sarcastic tone to his brother.

👶 a childhood headcanon.

Dean, and Nic’s first bad argument was a doozy, even though it was about something small. The two boys were in there early teens, they had had plenty of arguments before, but they never really got heated. This one like most future arguments had to do with their parents. The two had got in trouble for something, but only Dean had got in trouble for it. When he explained what had happened Davina was quick to take his brother’s side not believing that he would have gotten involved. Dean and Davina argued for a moment, but he quickly realized that he wouldn’t be winning the argument. After he had got in trouble he went to talk to his brother pissed at him. The argument quickly got heated them both saying things that had been festering between the two, and things began to get physical. Kol, and Davina broke it up before things got too bad, but since that happened the two have been very distant. Which is obvious to anyone who knows the boys.

the salvatore had her eyes follow the mikaelson but immediately turned her head away once he began to change clothes. and before speaking, she cleared her throat. ❝ i don’t know, uh, damon’s disappearance really took a toll on the family. ❞ she never really know why she had called her father damon and not something normal like dad or pa, maybe it was because after learning the history of her father and the deeds that he had done, she wasn’t comfortable in calling the man her dad. she shortly followed dean out of his room and she began her journey to class. she took a deep breath and the words seem to tremble as it left her lips ❝ i’ve missed you dean. ❞ it was almost like a whisper. and suddenly things got real.

Dean nodded as she talked about Damon. “Yeah, I’d like to know what was going on with everyone.” He thought about his parents for a second as she spoke his mind wandering. When he walked over at her, thinking for a moment “Listen this is very not important right now, but do I still smell like booze cause I need to know who to avoid.” He continued towards the class, and looked around he barely heard her speak, but glanced over at her when she did attempting to find the right words to say to the girl. He knew that there were so many things that he wanted to say, but not sure what ones were right. He spoke in a soft tone “I’ve missed you too Gen. Like a lot.” He put his hand on the back of his rubbing it slightly feeling slightly uneasy.
