Final Presentation - English Smocking, creteing my own version of the classic technique. Used tool to give a fancy look with the bouble ties for a nostalgic feel. Favourite use of materially because it scrunched around the body nicely.

Final Presentation - The Pleated Purse, inspired by coin purses that Nanas and Grandmas hold. Used one of my materialitys (the pleats) to connect with the garment designs. The structure/clasp of the purse is inspired by the bridesmaid crowns featured in my parents wedding.

Final Presentation - The Primary Heels, inspired by my mother’s wedding shoes but added a buckle and strap to give a more school girl look. Can vary the combinations of primary colours. Buckle is the shape of a school crescent and matches with the embroidered crescent at the base of the heel.

Final Prensentation - The Wellies, shoe design included in my collection. I wanted to create a more childish nostalgic feel to the posh garments so I added these boots. Could mix different variations of the primary colours and a scarf can be wrapped around the handle for a fancier touch.
