But all hope is not lost.
The sun will rise again, hyung.

Acknowledge your woes and misery, and move on.
Affirm your goals, and ambitions:
I can lose weight.
I will lose weight.
And I have the power to do so.
I will count my calories.
I will have a calorie deficit.
I will drink more water.
I will cut down the proportion of my meals in half.
I will work harder in practice.
I will push myself in practice.
I will change my attitude in practice.
I will value slow progress and action.
I will be patient with myself.
I will be kind to myself.
I will love myself.
And I will take care of myself.
I will keep my room clean.
I will fold and organize my clothes.
I will change my mentality and work ethics to a more fitting one.
I will change my attitude toward progress and myself.
I will avoid social media, and only use it if necessary.
I will treat others with kindness, and I will protect others with what I can do.
I will reach 126 ibs before the season ends.
I will continue reading, and read.
I will forgive him.

This is my lowest point of the second half of 2019.
I am currently 138 ibs.
I am not wrestling as well as I hoped to.
I am not conditioned and in good health as I wanted to.
The person that I love very much has turned away from me without saying anything.
I have not been sleeping well.
I have not been feeling well at all.

6/10 - 6/16 Schedule :)
6/10 Mon - First day of summer school, art class! :) Make sure to arrive extra early, and pick your outfit for the day before! Make sure your school supplies are ready. There will be XC practice right after or shortly after summer class, so do that! Then, go home and rest for an hour or two. Finalize the three-four books you want to buy yourself! :) Try to get an idea of what you want to buy for your birthday, from mom. Learn and study Spanish for about an hour. Rest, and then Eve in which you write a minimum of 1000 words. Diary and daily journal, and then read 4 chapters of Me Before You before going to bed.
Note: Start focusing and fixing your diet. Literally, please :) 1600 calories only!
6/11 Tue - Same thing with practice right after summer school. Rest first! Fold and organize anything remaining in your room! Plan your first summer project!! Also photography planning, and projects! Projects! Learn and study Spanish for about an hour. Rest, and then Eve in which you write a minimum of 1000 words. Diary and daily journal, and then finish reading Me Before You before going to bed!
Note: Be consistent about your cleaning habits! Maintain cleanliness in your room at all times! :)
**6/12 Wed - Rest, and then study Spanish for an hour! Project Adam! :) Rest, Project Eve. Diary daily journal, and then start reading another book! Hmmm, read You.
Note: Try to make it a habit to journal and read every night before going to bed! :) It鈥檚 time to make good habits now for the future!
**6/13 Thur - Rest, study Spanish for an hour! Project Adam! Rest, daily journal, and then continue reading You before going to bed.
Note: Don鈥檛 waste your summer! :)
Charge camera please! n phone :) Get ready for tomorrow鈥檚 trip to the beach
6/14 Fri - Beachhhhh w friendssss. When you get home, study Spanish. Um, yes lol. Project Eve, daily journal, and then continue reading You before going to bed.
**6/15 Sat - Not sure yet lol. But during weekends, no studying language :)

6/5 Wed - Help Julian film for Ms. Angulo! :) Have fun! <3
6/6 Thur - Ya鈥檒l are potentially gonna go to the movies to watch Aladdin with Andy and Rita, so hopefully the plan goes through! :)聽
6/7 Fri - Beach with the Asian friends, but it鈥檚 iffy on this one. If it doesn鈥檛 go through, and most likely won鈥檛 - hmm just finish cleaning room. Start a journal, and rewrite your goals on it. What do you want to do for the summer? What are your expectations? What do you hope to accomplish and get done by the end of summer? Finish cleaning room :) Make it a habit! Hmm, also prepare and get ready for summer school on Monday! :) Also today is like the day to actually start sleeping right and on time lmao
6/8 Sat - Speedway!!! :) <33333333333333333333 ps drink water this time! 3 PM in front of the school, but in the morning before you go to Speedway - I want you to go to the Baldwin Park library, next to Morgan Park! Read a book, and ask about borrowing books!
6/9 Sun - Go for a jog in the morning, before you shower! Run a lap around the school as a warm up, and then run Frazier Merced! Church with the fam, and THEN go to the movies with Tita Cristy! Prepare your outfit for the first day of summer school tomorrow!
P.S. Remember, always drink plenty of fluids! Stay hydrated! Sleep on time, with at least 8 hours of sleep! Try to sleep at 10 P.M. ! :)
Try to journal and write/type on a diary each day for feedback and of course, the occasional motivation <3

Second day!!!! :)
So for food journal of the day:
1. Shrimp - 300 cal - 7AM
2. Hotdogs - 300 cal - 9 AM
3. Steam Buns - 400 cal - 2 PM
4. Mango - 600 cal - 2 PM & 6 PM
5. Candy - 300 cal - 6 PM
So in total, that was hmmmm 1900 calories?? AMAZING improvement from the previous day! Now, let鈥檚 go for 1600 calories okay?

First day! :)
It was an okay start so far :), but be forgiving Carla.
Today, we ate:
eggs: 300 cal 7:30 AM
hash-browns: 400 cal 7:30 AM
Hamburger: 300 cal 10:00 AM
Hot-dog & fries: 500 cal 12:30 PM
Cereal: 400 cal 5:30 PM
Noodles: 400 cal 6:30 PM
So, today you ate 2300 cal out of 1400 cal.
Hey, that鈥檚 perfectly okay, as long as you鈥檙e striving for progress, okay? Tomorrow, let鈥檚 try again :) Tomorrow, let鈥檚 work harder and make some more improvement! :)

Listen, I know it鈥檚 going to be hard and difficult. I know you鈥檙e going to be craving for them, and I know your body feels like it鈥檚 going to die in temptation if it doesn鈥檛 eat what it wants to eat.
But you can get over it.

Just please, for a week. Do not eat anything processed.
