so many of my friends are queer that i genuinely forget that the majority of the population isn’t on a regular basis

while dana scully is undoubtedly my favorite part of the X-files, my second favorite part is how mulder is a ~celebrity~ in the alien-watching weirdo conspiracy theorist community

not only that but everyone within that community seems to know about dana scully “the skeptical partner” before they ever meet

which leads me to the conclusion that mulder is on fucking usenet or something, cluttering up threads on HAARP or the existence of the loch ness monster with how bouncy scully’s hair is today
