Picnoleptic Inertia is now available from our webstore. Collecting some of Stathis Tsemberlidis’s best works originally put out by Decadence Comics, a renowned UK comic small press co-founded by Stathis and Lando; whose previously released Gardens of Glass is also available.

Picnoleptic Inertia Combines Cronenbergian metamorphosis, Lovecraftian fungi and radical politics, Tsemberlidis’s silent world is one of transformative mysticism and violent revolution. His frenetic, staccato pen line beautifully describes a destructive present unfolding amid the ruins of the past.

Stathis Tsemberlidis’s short film  Eschaton will be screened at Thought Bubble on Sunday 6th November at 11:00am and 14:00pm in the Cinema of War on the Second floor of Royal Armouries. Admission is open to everyone with a weekend or Sunday day pass to the festival.

Eschaton is the name of the spaceship that is taking human consciousness to the far reaches of a dying universe. The purpose of this voyage is to deconstruct the fear of infinity. Inspired by the science fiction novels ‘Tau-zero’ and ‘Star maker’, Eschaton is an alchemistic journey that explores the connection between the human element and the quantum symmetry of the universe.

Concept-Director: Stathis Tsemberlidis.

Sound: Panos Alexiadis.

Duration: 35 minutes.
