hey! sorry ive been dead for like... a year basically

things have been quite tough for myself mentally and physically

but i do want to at least share this to help my mom with her funds for a lawyer. its an incredibly long story, but im doing whatever i can to help, even if its not much. with that said, i did make a gofund me to help my mom pay for a lawyer. i completely understand that shit is FUCKED for literally everyone, so i dont expect anyone to donate. however, if you could share it with people, that would mean the world to me.

Before I'm able to get to some of my drafts for later, I'd like to share this gofund me for my mom. Sharing it would be amazing if you can't donate. Trust me, I get it. But please do share it so it can reach people who can/are willing to donate.

🌙Aphelios has the showering habits of a princess. Full ass routine that takes a while to fully go through. But hey, at least he's super clean, and always smells like a forest.

His routine includes:

A dry brush for exfoliation

Two types of soaps (bar for disinfecting, and a gel for hydration and essential oils of his choice)

Lotion and body oil of the same essential oil scent(s)

Expect him to take at least two hours to really get ready. He takes forever.

He's only heard that nickname from a certain person. Glancing around the immediate area, Aphelios saw no familiar faces...

"Hello Moonbeam... free tonight, I see." Gwen appears like she always does- in a swirl of mist and the light shifting of silk. There is a basket over her arm, as there often is when she visits him on the more secluded open spaces in Targon (how she can always find him is a mystery) and a shawl over her shoulders. Settling on the grass beside him, she raises a hand to the sky and the full, gleaming moon, and adds: "Hello, to you as well Alune!"

Of course she knows that's not where the other young woman is, but it makes her feel better to have somewhere to direct her greeting. Setting the basket between them, her head settles heavily against Aphelios's shoulder, and she rummages in her pockets before finally withdrawing something small and slim. "I found a book you might enjoy- shall I read it aloud?"

Rare-- nights like these... having time for himself without a worry of any ambushes. For the most part, at least. He had planned this meeting for months, and finally seeing it come to fruition means the world to him. The moon and stars, may his Mother protect them both in her light.

Walking down a wooded path, Aphelios comes across his companion sat by a tree near a small lake. The night is young, with tiny lights sprinkled throughout the sky, and the moon's light douses him with a serene calm. But seeing Gwen bathed in her light-- a porcelain doll. Perfect in every way. It doesn't take long for his chest to swell with something not too familiar. A sense of giddy anxiety. Hard to explain, even to his own thoughts. As if these thoughts and feelings are foreign to him. There is something about her that brings a sense of joy. Happiness. Security.

He approaches Gwen with a wavering grin. Muscles rarely used, but at least with the cover of night, his nerves are hidden.

... Moonbeam? He quirked his head slightly. Never been called that before. His lips slowly lifted into a smirk as he huffed through his nose. A gentle heat rose to his face, painting his cheeks a soft rose.

Addressing Alune as well made his grin wider, revealing rows of pearly white teeth.

Before sitting down next to Gwen on the blanket, Aphelios removed his wool cloak and draped it around her shoulders. It wasn't much, but it's what he had to make her more comfortable.

He waved a hand in front of his face, swirling each finger into his thumb like a wave. Doesn't matter, day or night, she is beautiful. Especially in his Mother's light.

As he settled onto the blanket, Gwen placed her head on his shoulder. Sending an uncomfortable tingling in the pit of his stomach. It's a rare feeling-- but it's a good one.

He glanced down at the book Gwen brought out. A small, thin, hard cover, seemingly no details on the cover. Aphelios nodded. He could never tire of her voice. If only he could do the same for her.

i was listening to the new le blanc voice lines and FIRST OF ALL!!! omg... amazing

second of all, a few quotes caught my eye

"Noxii" being used as a curse in Targon, doesn't really surprise me in the slightest. We all know that the general theme for Noxus is to conquer all regions to be "united" under one ruler so to speak. Generally speaking, Noxus is the """bad guy""" everywhere.

But, looking at how Le Blanc is using Noxii here kind of gives a different side of it all in my opinion. As if the people who follow the Solari faith have turned a general term for hatred of a certain people... for the Lunari. As if both faiths are not a part of the same coin. Separating the Lunari as "bad," which is highly expected of most Solari people; to treat their other half as a horrible group of people who defy anything that isn't their word.

Pretty straight forward I guess idk

But this one got me thinking a bit more

Of course, Le Blanc could be referring to the Black Rose itself; dwelling in the shadows, thriving in plain sight despite being a highly secretive organization.

But on the other hand!!! This is a big time stretch so just here me out lmfao

What other flowers do we know of in Runeterra that thrives without sunlight, AND could be used for some sort of insight/power? The only thing I can think of would be the noctum flowers that's heavily tied to Targon/the Lunari.

We know that Aphelios uses the noctum flowers in order to have a channel to the spirit realm through his sister. The essence produced by the flowers can have a biiiiiiiig effect on the user-- depending on what they're searching for, I'm assuming. In this case, would it be the Black Rose seeking some sort of answer to do away with Mordekaizer once and for all? Do they want to use the flowers for their own personal power to gain more control on other regions? Maybe something else I'm missing or not remembering.

Idk I just thought it was interesting

And also to have some ties into other, more popular regions. Give my special moon boy and co. so screen time!!!
