one thing about italians is that they celebrate every fucking thing so like today is san felice so like? name day? the feast of the saint you are named after right? okay . so st. felix is the patron saint of my town and of course people celebrate so theres lights everywhere and stands all around town that sell all kinds of sweets and nougat especially nougat and umbrellas yea i know its weird. so my mom came back with this huge thing its called tutero its a big cylindrical shaped piece of nougat wrapped in the same thing the host? wafer? whats it called. the body of christ whatever yea its wrapped in the same thing that thing is made of . and she came back with it cause its something lovers well the man to the woman only i think anyways they gift it to each other a as good omen for their relationship. it should be gifted along with an umbrella but she didnt receive it so r.i.p.
