Adopting criminal investigation as the theme, this open agency will provide you plenty of games and events that deals with puzzles, riddles and solving problems to reach one goal in the system that has been set. Each game and event will be related to each other. Therefore, the participation of each chosen agents will greatly influence the sustainability of this agency, as important as the caretakers. By that we mean, we highly require active members.

In this place, we do mutual respect on each decision or opinion of the agents. Tearing each other down and turning our back on each other are strictly prohibited, except in the game. We are all here to bound and get along, to work together as a team, not to break nor causes serious competition.

We, as the caretakers, will give our best to keep the agents comfortable and entertained. To maintain the continuity of this institution.

In this institution, we have a system where agents will be divided into 4 groups, which makes each group will have 10 members in it. In order to avoid circles in circle matters, the group members will be rearranged every 2 weeks. 

What's the use of the group? The benefit of the group is to firm the knot of friendship between agents  —  one another —  and to help solving problems in games or events that will be held in the future. More brains, more ideas. Don’t you agree? In any case, we all are here to work together and bound along.

Every games will always have a winner and where there are winners, there will always be prizes. To determine which group that deserves the prize, we will take the top 2 groups with the highest points. And what's the prize? The prizes are a clue for the main event which will be held every 2 weeks, before rearranging group members. And that is what we mean when we stated the games and events will be related to each other.

Oop! It's not done yet, we still have a prize — more likely a reward — for the winner of the main event. What is that?  Well, it will be for us to keep and for all of you to find out!

One account per writer, user, or head. 

We accept any kind of human form in the universe. Idols, singers, rappers, actresses, actors, models, trainees, or social platforms stars all around the world.

Multi-muse and original characters are prohibited.

Main account is most preferable but newly made account is not an issue for us. However, the activity will be strictly under the supervision of the caretakers and the number of followed account must exceed 50 followings.

Agencies limitation is 3, including decesvenace. 

80% English; 20% Indonesian and other languages.

The amount of your tweets must have reached 200 and following should not exceed 600. Must have interacted, even with auto-bases.

In this house, we do not tolerate weird nicknames, writings, and unnecessary cheap dramas. Any kind of personal matters must be solved personally.

Love wins, no twins. Love will always win, but character-twin can cause a competition. A pure-bred twin will be an exception.

Do auto-followback and get to know your fellow agents. Don’t be an ignorant asshole who don’t pay a single fuck towards the surroundings.

Circles in circle is prohibited. Don’t just interact with certain people, this behavior can be acted as a violation of the rules.

The restriction of changing your character is twice a month. Let the caretakers know beforehand.

Keep your attitude. There is no time limit of doing NSFW things, but doing any sexual innuendos section in timeline or retweeting adult videos are strictly prohibited for the sake of everyone's comfort. However, any types of jokes are acceptable except those that are too dark.

Hiatus or semi-hiatus can only be taken two weeks after your acceptance day. The maximum of taking hiatus is a week, while semi-hiatus is 5 days with prior notice to the caretakers. 

Avoid disappearing without any trace in 3 days and a day after your acceptance, violating the rules may lead to immediate dismissal. Worry not, the caretakers will deliver a prior warning before the penalty.
