Declutter Your Way Into 2020!
I decided to make this my first post of the year, since we’re still in January.

My name is Lin Redd. I am a professional organizer by day and a mom by night. I also own a home decor e-commerce site. Declutter & Demystify is is a professional organizing business, founded in 2019, to help you achieve a less strife, organized life. We are here to help you to declutter and demystify your home and office. This blog was created to give you tips about how to organize your entire life, home decor likes, what works for you and what doesn’t work for others.
Q: How did I get into professional organizing?
A: I was managing a J.Crew in Louisiana in 2013. Everyone knows that in retail, you have to be organized in order to make the ship sail smoothly. Louisiana isn’t the cheapest state to live in. So, I decided to do find something else to supplement my income. I love keeping a clean space. I am not the one for organized chaos. My roommate, Heather, had a few friends who were looking for someone to help them organize their closets and kids room. The linked me with those lovely individuals, which kicked off my career in professional organizing.
Q: What are our specialties and what set us apart from the rest?
A: Declutter & Demystify specializes in providing organizing solutions to individuals with conditions such as ADD, ADHD, hoarding, OCD and chronic disorganizing. Other specialties include:
Closets
Children’s rooms and playrooms
Baby prep
Home and workplace offices
Paper management
Packing and unpacking for a move
Q: Who are our clients?
A: Our clients are busy individuals who are tired of battling chaotic, unorganized mess. Our clients include those with physical limitations, mental challenges such as ADD, ADHD, and depression; those dealing with deceased loved ones possessions; those with children; those moving in or out; entrepreneurs with disorganized work spaces. There’s nothing to large or too small for us to handle!

A: Getting organized is the pathway to making your life run smoothly.

Q: How long will this take?
A: Every job is different. I normally charge every four hours. We can also set up video consultations. There’s no job great or small for me to handle. Once we consult, I can give you an estimate of the time it should take for me to complete the job.
