PRESS: Anton Kreil – First Trade in Space

We are proud to announce that Kode Media are the official media partner for world-renowned trader, Anton Kreil’s, trip to space. Not only will Anton be part of the short list of people to have made a trip to space, which currently stands at around 560, but he will also be attempting to set world records affiliated with The Guinness Book of World Records. The world record attempts will be ‘First Trade From Space’ and ‘The Highest Trade Ever Executed’.

Anton is a professional trader formerly of Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and JP Morgan. At the age of 26 he was a Vice President of JP Morgan European Equities. Anton retired from the Investment Banking industry at the age of 28 in May 2007 and later became CEO of The Institute of Trading and Portfolio Management, working to train the traders of the future.

We have been working with Anton for the past two years producing programs such as ‘The Trader Meeting’ for The Institute of Trading and Portfolio Management. Following the success of these works, Anton approached Kode Media to document the lead up to his space trip with SXC (Space Expedition Corporation).

We have and will continue to be involved with coverage up to Anton’s flight in 2014. This includes filming his training throughout Europe and America such as flying in the L-39 Albatross and a ride in the G-centrifuge, to name but a few.

Kode Media are pleased to be a part of this momentous event, which we have no doubt will go down in both trading and space trip history.
