I need to pay at minimum $25 for my credit card bill, and my usual phone bill is $45 but i just do not have the funds to pay either at the moment

For full color, prices are base prices and can increase depending on how much time is spent on it. (gonna put a + next to prices to just emphasize that) I want to at least be paid like. $15/hr because i have had a job that paid me that before, and I put a LOT of work in full color pieces. There are also 2 diff categories for the full color, because painting takes a lot more effort than my casual stylized art
