yk what? i'm gonna ditch the scale for a while. i think it only makes me feel worse and every time i get a number i'm not happy with, i spiral and b1nge.
from now on, at least for a few weeks, my goals are going to be action based.
i need to be hitting my marks every day. workout for 2-3 hours, track every crumb of food (gonna try to stay under 500 c@l at most), track sleep, track water--everything.
i'd rather see results visually for now. i can back it up with numbers later down the line. but for now, i need to put every ounce of effort in, no matter what the number is. i will w31gh in on dec 24, at the end of my plan. until then, my goals will just be to hit every target every single day.
