So, this is the story of a postgraduate in Philosophy from Patna who wanted to be a lecturer but destiny had other plans. His NET examination got delayed so he attempted the UPSC examination in 2007 and went on to crack it on the very first attempt, with an all-India rank of 55!

Deepak’s primary instinct was to work for the social cause while managing his administrative responsibilities too. IAS officers are responsible for implementing the policies and programs of the government at the state and district levels. They hold key positions in various government departments, including finance, education, health, and agriculture. Deepak handled both very well.

Deepak Anand IAS happens to be a seasoned IAS officer of the Bihar cadre with over a decade of experience in a field that is not only unique but requires a special skill set to succeed. Along with managing his duty, Deepak also gave free civil services coaching to needy children. His wealth of knowledge, expertise and mentorship has helped many students.
