So id like some advice. I suspect I have depression but my parents refuse to get me any sort of help to see if I do and if I do they said they refuse to get any sort of medication, and they recently stopped therapy because "it doesn't work" and idk wtf to do because I literally want to die every day because I have so many feelings all day and I feel empty all the time as well and I want it to stop or at least be better
