and also u just know people who say that aren't thinking of black americans who 1. have contributed significantly to the identity of the country despite everyone wanting to ignore that fact and 2. definitely have their own culture separate from black people around the world. it definitely developed differently from like the culture of white settlers who came here willingly still with a european identity as opposed to black slaves who were brought here by force, and i think that's why you can recognize them as two separate things. ofc the two things do cross each other a lot these days when you think of stuff like religion and art, but it's like a completely real thing you would not find anywhere else in the world. i dunno it just doesn't sit right with me that you see how black people have done so much for a country that they were brought to against their will, how these contributions go ignored and downright scorned by white americans, and you still are able to go 'yup there's a country with no culture and whose citizens deserve every bit of trouble they all voted for 😎'

my horribly oversimplified answer is people who think that the current line of succession for the british monarchy is fucked and has been fucked up ever since william (you know william) came over from the netherlands and chased james 2 out. at the time jacobites were just jimmy's supporters who wanted him back on tha throne and their opponents were the williamites. over time williamites integrated into normal british society (and they kinda had to bc catholics like james were barred from ever becoming monarch of england) and jacobites became their own thing bc james' heirs were still running around the place, meaning that technically we have whole ass members of the royal family that aren't doing royal things such as ruling england. the jacobites support this lineage of the royal family instead of the one from germany that followed after the stuarts bc to them these are the real monarchs of england. for an anti-monarchist ofc this all sounds really stupid
