  Flowey relishes in the other’s bewilderment and venom, grinning obnoxiously at the heated monster. He had a feeling that insulting the area would offset Grillby’s usually cool attitude.

  “Don’t get many visitors down here nowadays.” He folds his paws behind his back. “What am I doing here? Why, I live down here, silly!”

  “Not all of us have the luxury of living on the surface!”

With land filled to the brim with small water puddles, grass, and echo flowers; how didn’t Grillby hear the other’s approach, let alone a monster of that size? The voice alone caught Grillby’s attention, yet the sudden near spotlight radiance  had also made an impression. “…” How was he supposed to answer that? Well beyond the honest truth, yet he felt some pang of something boiling in him as this section of waterfall was called a dump.  Well okay, maybe there was a need for a little TLC down in this entire section but it was still a beautiful if not unique area that couldn’t be replicated. “Visiting.” He spat out suddenly before he could even register he’d spoken anything, mind buzzing he continued to speak. “I’m vising, it’s been too long since I’ve been down here.” Now came the question that followed along with Grillby’s string of sudden outbursts. “Yourself?”
