DeKalb Kids Project, Inc. hosted our Project Beautification : Restoring the Ground today and it was phenomenal! Thank you for all the support today at EL Miller Elementary School. I appreciate each and every volunteer for helping to accomplish the vision! The students did an amazing job working together, following instructions, and utilizing their strengths. I must acknowledge The Glamorous Gemz, Rising Gent, Quality Precision Concepts, Stone Mountain HS JROTC for collaborating to join our efforts. Literacy is one of the largest academic problems that our kids face and it's our job to fix this problem. So come out and read, mentor, and paint with the children of Stone Mill Elementary. There will be breakfast and lunch provided for each student along with reading materials and games.
