I'm just spit balling here so hear me out:

Setting:

This panel shows a massive old clock in the center with Roman numerals. The hands point to it being 6:05. The location isn't specified, but with the amount of younger-looking people in the same room, it looks like it could be an orphanage. There's trash everywhere, especially empty bottles. There's some sort of bag, and even a rope, and the floor is broken in multiple places. There's no upkeep, and this appears to be depicting a scene that happened a long time ago. The black border can also suggest this is a memory.

Even if this place isn't an orphanage, it's pretty easy to assume these are people that society has "thrown away".

Characters:

We don't see any faces except for the boy in the center on the left. However, his face isn't recognizable. The boy on the right, on the other hand, has some very familiar blonde hair. They're fighting over a book which, other than the clock, is the main focal point of this panel. It makes me wonder if this is the Watchman Series book or just some other book that could have some importance.

The other people in the scene seem depressed. Most have their heads down, not even paying attention to the two boys fighting. This must be a daily occurrence, or everyone is so numb to what's going on around them. (Perhaps the bottles had alcohol or drugs in them?) There's only two people who are paying attention, and that's another person on the right, and the person watching the scene unfold as we the reader look through their eyes.

From what we've seen of the choker maker (CM) in previous panels, Urana has made something about his feet very clear. We've seen his feet previously, and Rudo made a comment that Mymo stole the CM's feet. This leads me to believe that the scene we are seeing is a memory of the CM's.

Considering Mymo's ties to the CM and how he knew Enjin, also the title of the chapter is "Mymo the Ruler", I wonder if the boy on the center left is a young Mymo. Why show most of his face if this isn't someone we know? Other than listening through the chokers, it would make sense that this is why Mymo knows so much about Enjin, more specifically, why he called him a hypocrite. This would also make sense why Enjin takes in "strays" if he himself was also a "stray". Why does he care so much about Rudo? But also, why does he care so much about recruiting people that have been tossed aside by society? It must be that he, too, was a "stray", and is preventing the same fate from happening to these other people. Most of the "strays" he has taken in have been minors, and the people we see in this panel are most likely minors as well.

Tattoos:

The boys in the center and the person whose POV this is all have (seemingly) the same tattoos on each arm. This also leads me to believe the blonde boy is Enjin because he has full sleeves on each arm. If he was trying to hide his past, using tattoos as a cover up is a good way to do so.

I tried to read what the tattoos say, but it seems like random letters. This makes me think that these people have been branded and are kept hidden away. Enjin has stated before that the name "Enjin" was given to him by someone and he hates his real name. This person could've been who rescued him. I also wouldn't say it's a shot in the dark to think that his tattoos are covering more than these "branding" tattoos, but even potentially scars as well. He has a distinct scar on the side of his head, so it wouldn't be surprising if he has more that he's hiding.

Haven't seen anyone post about this but

Too Lily ABSOLUTELY knows Alto and was sent by him to find his son BUT

Seeing how absolutely TRAUMATISED Rudo is by his very name, she decided to play dumb and/or lie

Because no way would she have gotten out of this in one piece if she DID

Like that split second reaction from some quiet delight to surprised shock/realisation. The fucken, small look up, like she realises this is a reflection of Rudo's experiences from the sphere. And right as the rumbles start/Rudo starts losing control she's realising she can't reason with him out of this state so she's gonna have to lie. Insane story telling by Urana as always.

And You KNOW that she knows because her "friend" really wants to talk to Rudo, even saying to him to yell them hi from her.

She absolutely knows Alto and that choker would've only had the connection to Alto

But ChokerMaker, who is VEEERY LIKELY with the terrorists, likely cut off the call before they could talk.

The first KzhZh was likely that Friend of Too Lily and was trying to connect, but couldn't get through because of interference through the Choker Maker.

And it DEFINITELY gives the impression of when he talks, that he's either with the terrorists or against Rudo meeting up with Too Lily's Friend

Poor Rudo is now in the middle of a gang/terrorist war because of his Deadbeat Dad.

Also WHY is everyone on sphere so fucken hating on Rudo because his dad ALLEGEDLY killed someone. And Regto, why are u so suspicious about giving him his name? Did you frame him? Did you steal his baby boy from him? So many questions.
