Chikariko first date

Okay time for some new OTP hc/fic idk what’s what I’m doing i only wanted to write something

After talking about it w/ You Chika decides to invite Riko out.

It takes her lots of courage though and so acts weird the whole day (she has a small blush on her cheeks, doesn’t listen when ppl talk to her, has a serious expression)

This concerns Riko and asks if there’s a problem

Chika looks to everywhere but Riko and says: a problem? no not a problem at all haha… well there is something after holding her breath for a few seconds that seemed hours for Riko, Chika finally says the words Riko-chan would you go out with me? 

Non of them looks at the other and their faces are as red as tomatoes but Riko answer w/ a soft yes.

The rest of the day is quite embarrassing for them they can’t even look at the other w/o being flustered.

Anyways night comes and Chika is going to pick Riko soon but Riko has no idea what to wear: maybe a dress? no, they might go to the movies so maybe jeans and a shirt? but they might as well go to a fancy restaurant and aghhh why is this so hard?

Riko decides to “cheat” a little and sneak to her balcony to see what Chika is wearing

She sees Chika doing the same thing from her room

Ah Riko-chan, I wasn’t spying you if that’s what you think I was…em…only looking at the sky! Yeah that’s what I was doing

Y-yeah me too, the sky is beautiful tonight

They can’t keep it and start laughing.

You know, Chika starts, I think this is too formal for us lets just go watch some movies and then have fun at the beach.

And that’s what they did, they watched a horror movie that was more funny than scary, after that they went to a  small shop and bought matching barrettes and finally a small picnic at the beach

Once Riko arrived to her room she touched her lips where the flavor of mikans remained strong
