SCROOGE MCDUCK! MAN WHO REACHED FOR THE STARS WAS GROUNDED AND POWERLESS TO HELP HIS RECKLESS NIECE

AND BC OF THIS POST, HE MAY HAVE HEARD HER FLATLINE

DO YOU KNOW HOW HORRIBLE THAT MUST’VE BEEN FOR HIM?? THAT HE COULDN’T STOP THE UNRULY FORCES OF NATURE FROM TAKING HER AWAY? 

THAT SOUND PROBABLY HAUNTS HIS DREAMS! HE’S GROUCHY AND ANGRY AND SAD BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONE PERSON WHO COULD’VE STOPPED IT AND HE DIDNT

ALL THOSE THINGS THE BOYS & WEBBY SAID TO HIM “So you’re the reason our mom is gone?” “you encouraged her to keep flying through a cosmic storm?!” “why didn’t you send up more ships to look for her?!” “giving an experimental rocket to a mother of three was clearly a terrible idea!” HE DIDN’T NEED THEM TO TELL HIM THAT! HE’S PROBABLY BEEN TELLING HIMSELF THAT FOR YEARS!!

HE’S LITERALLY HAD TEN YEARS OF ISOLATION, CLUSTERED IN HIS OWN GUILT AND SELF LOATHING AND HE’S HAD TO DO IT ALL ON HIS OWN.

HE’S DEALING WITH SO MUCH STUFF AND ?? EVERYONE ATTACKS HIM, THEN WHEN HE LASHES BACK HE’S THE BAD GUY
