Hanging out with my family is cool and all. But I often leave feeling insecure and unworthy. Everyone else in my family is doing great financially and all that—the traditional metrics of success. And then there’s me, 35 and aimless, at a dead end job. Just coasting by.

I’m ok with this.

It’s just odd to me, how I came from these people. People who I deeply care for, but who look at the world so much differently than I do.

It’s depressing.
