This happened to me a few days after the update. Katrina told me I’d have bad luck with belongings and I didn’t bother to pay for a “cleansing” because I’d already done most of my dailies. Then I went to an island with Kapp’n and the gyroid fragments I was expecting turned out to be clay.

Have people ACTUALLY dug up clay from the ground instead of a gyroid? I just saw this thing on Twitter explaining how the daily luck status things work in NH, and someone in the comments said that bad luck with items makes Kappn's Islands not rare and you'll dig up clay from the ground instead of a gyriod. I can't say I've experienced most of the bad ones myself but I'm going to test them out now.

Also some other stuff like money from trees and glowing spots giving more bells for good luck money days. And apparently stamina gained from eating food will yield more than usual on a good health day.

I think because Meow and Bow are based on actual electronics they haven’t been brought back due to copyright issues.  :c
