Top 5 Over-The-Counter Drugs That Will Make You Incredibly Happy
Happy pills can be a great solution for someone suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, or someone who is going through a painful breakup or death of the loved person. These over-the-counter drugs are safe and don’t cause any permanent brain changes like Xanax does. However, they have as powerful effect on your mood as prescription drugs. It is always a good idea to consult with your doctor before taking any medication, even those are sold over-the-counter.
1. St. John’s wort
St. John’s wort is an effective all natural drug for those feeling stress, anxiety and a mild depression. These happy pills can level your mood out and boost your energy. This smart drug is loved by students, public speakers, and people going through wedding preparation. It doesn’t have a sedative effect, so you actually feel energetic but calm. However, if you’re depressed “24/7”, you should talk to your doctor. Depression is a serious condition and can drive people to suicide. You can  buy quality St. John’s wort from this site and this Amazon seller here.
2. 5-HTP
5-HTP is an organic compound produced by your body when Tryptophan (amino acid) breaks down.  5-HTP is a precursor to the neurotransmitter Serotonin, which makes it a powerful mood enhancer. However, it should be used in conjunction with L-Tyrosine, because dopamine levels will decrease.
5-HTP not only improves mood, it also reduces food cravings. The studies shows that women who took 5-HTP for 12 weeks lost 10.3 lbs while the placebo group lost only 2.2 lbs (Cangiano, 1991).
So if you are looking to reduce your stress level and lose some weight, try 5-HTP with L-Tyrosine.
3.  Mucuna Pruriens
Mucuna pruriens is a natural mood enhancer. It contains significant amounts of both L-Dopa, the direct precursor to Dopamine, and Serotonin. Some researchers believe that Mucuna pruriens can even increase levels of human growth hormone, enhancing sexual drive, reducing signs of aging, and promoting happiness feelings.
This natural nootropic has mild effect and should be taken together with other mood enhancing drugs. For instance, you can try this stack.
4. L-Theanine
L-Theanine is a great natural mood enhancer. And probably one of the most beloved smart drugs among people suffering anxiety. It makes you feel relaxed and happy without causing sedation. L-Theanine is a mild drug but it is stronger than ones mentioned above. However, for more stable and long lasting effect, it is recommended taking it as a part of the stack.
5. Mood Boosting Stack
If you experience a great level of stress, taking just one pill will not help. There is a great all-natural nootropick stack that will make you feel good, calm, and happy. This mood enhancing stack combines the right amount of natural nootropics that will lift your mood without causing side effects. The Mood boosting stack includes:
5-HTP
Mucuna Pruriens
L-Theanine
Phenibut (10g)
Valerian Root
You can buy this nootropic stack at a discounted price from Absorb Your Health manufacturer which is based in the US.

Nootropics May KILL Your Career as an IT Developer
Developers often take nootropics to boost their performance at work. Adrafinil and Noopept are probably the most popular nootropics that developers take to get the job done. However, nootropics can seriously damage your IT career and here are 3 reasons for that.
Your colleagues will hate you. Imagine being able to solve the tasks faster and write the code better while your mates are still struggling with the problem that seems simple to you? You can easily achieve it using right nootropics stack. But do you really want to be better than others? Imagine how your colleagues will envy you when your boss will announce that you are the best developer of the month?
Super powers. Now that you can do things better and faster….you may simple get bored. I am sure you gonna miss those sleepless nights when you had to work extra hours to find a bug or fix the issue. Won’t you?
You may lose your position. Believe me, your boss is going to notice that you rock! And oh Gods, he may promote you to a managerial position or even raise your salary. Isn’t it awful? I guess you always want to keep a low profile.
As you can see nootropics can really kill your career as a developer and open up a new path for you. But to be honest, nootropic is not a cure for all your problems. It will not make you smarter, but will unleash the powers of your brain. So before you will go ahead and purchase the best nootropics stack, do a proper home work and consult with the health professional.
P.S. This article was not meant to be taken seriously.

My Favorite Lucid Dreaming Nootripc Stack
Lucid Dreaming nootropic stack can help you improve you dream quality and fave your from sleepless nights. I’ve been trying different sleep nootropics stacks, while most of them worked fine, none of them could give me a lucid dreaming effect.
One of the best stacks that I found work well for me is a combination of Galantamine, L-Theanine, 5-HTP , Alpha GPC  and Huperzine A. If you are just starting out with nootropics, I would recommend trying Galantanine first. The stack may be too powerful for you. But if you have serious sleeping problems, then you should take this nootropic in combination with the above mentioned supplements to increase the amount of choline, and as the result induce lucid dreaming. Below you will find a short description of each nootropic and effects it gives when using individually.
Galantamine improves cognitive abilities.
L-Theanine helps you relax and improve mood without causing sedation.
5-HTP improves mood, and reduces food cravings.
Alpha GPC is a choline that helps enhancing your cognitive functions and improving learning abilities and memory. It increases dopamine and serotonin levels in the brain.
Huperzine A helps prevent the breakdown of choline and improve memory.
When taking as a stack, it will give you a great lucid dreaming effect. There are many pre-made stacks that offer such combination, however it will be cheaper to buy them in individual packaging. You can get it as a bundle here.

The Best Nootropic Stack For Male Enhancement
Looking for the best nootropic stack for male enhancement? Read this article first! With more time to focus on improving your performance on a daily basis, you’ve probably tried a vast number of useful methods you’ve read about online. One such method is nootropics supplementation, which isn’t new. And if you didn’t try it yet, then you are missing a really big thing!
Why nootropics are so popular? That’s because of the many benefits they give. Being a smart drug, nootropics are beneficial for your cognitive functions. Aside from enhancing one’s brain function and mental ability, they can also positively affect other areas, including improving man’s testosterone level and boosting your libido.
The majority of men in the world will experience low libido at least several times over the course of their lifetime. Whether you have body dysmorphia or erectile dysfunction holding you back from closing the deal, nootropics are here to help you reclaim your manhood. Get to know more about the different nootropics that can help boost your libido and testosterone level through this article. But first, let’s look more closely at these, in order for you to know exactly why you need to maintain healthy levels of it.
Libido and Testosterone
Libido, briefly, is instinctual psychic energy that stands behind one’s desire for sex. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that plays a very important role in sexual functioning, and it is paramount for an erection to take place. Therefore, it is crucial for libido. On the other hand, testosterone refers to a male hormone which is considered to be the most essential in reproductive and sexual development. Women can also produce testosterone, but it is at a lower level than men. Why is it paid attention? Since producing mature sperm requires the hormone, a lack of testosterone may result in fertility issues among men. Although not a life-threatening problem, testosterone deficiency can affect your quality of life. The hormone contributes to red blood cell production and building stronger muscles, but in a greatly part it aids in maintaining a healthy sex drive.
At this point, I encourage you to take a look at some of the common symptoms of low testosterone occurring in adulthood and later life:
poor concentration
low energy
reduced muscle strength
low interest in sex
difficulty getting and keeping erections
easily fatigued
Can you agree, that, men do not buy the theory that the size of their male member does not matter. It is their performance in the bed and their ability to satisfy their partner that matters? For a woman, foreplay, intimacy and arousal are the most important to achieve maximum sexual pleasure. But a vast majority of men, at least, consider the size of their member to be an ultimate sign of their manliness which impresses women.
With that said, it’s crucial to correct any decline in your testosterone level. Fortunately, you are able to find ways to increase it. On the lookout for methods for improving man’s sexual experiences and self-confidence, nootropics reasonably had come on the way.
Some of the Best Nootropics for Male Enhancement
In addition, I will highlight some of the most promising nootropic supplements in this specific domain:
Acetylcholine Acetylcholine is a popular nootropic consumed for boost memory, learning ability and focus. It is linked to the libido because it affects both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, which are responsible for sexual arousal in both sexes. More precisely, the parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for orgasms, erections and ejaculation in males. By adding a quality source, for instance, Alpha-GPC or Citicoline to your stack, you can make a great foundation for a healthy libido.
Galantamine and Huperzine A
Both supplements are natural inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase, the enzyme which is responsible for breaking down acetylcholine in our brains. Galantamine Hydrobromide and Huperzine A from the Huperzia Serrata plant productively work to restrain this enzyme. By that, they allow our acetylcholine levels to increase, and along with it, our libido can increase. These supplements also offer numerous other benefits for the mind in addition to improving sexual desire.
Fenugreek Fenugreek nootropic is used by the traditional Ayurvedic medicine for improving libido and testosterone properties. Although women can see similar effects, this is mainly male nootropic. It became prominent as men aged 25-52 noticed increased arousal and libido in men without ED (erectile dysfunction). The recommended dosage is 5-600 mg fenugreek extract (50% fenusides by weight).
Eurycoma Longifolia Jack (Longjack or Tongkat Ali) Longjack (aka: tongkat ali) is a natural extract that can enhance libido properties by 14%.  A survey focused specifically on more than 100 men, ages 30 – 64 showed no other evidence regarding longjack and libido. The same study did show an 18.2% increase in sperm volume over 12 weeks. The dosage is 300 mg of water extract of Eurycoma longifolia.
Possible Side Effects
Whether the benefits of nootropics are related to memory formation, learning ability, concentration, or libido and sex drive, many people skeptically ask whether and how it works. It is important to mention that, not every individual responds equally to a nootropic supplement, due to their individual brain chemistry. As per usual, nootropics may help you improve your sex drive in the correct dosages, but it is up to you to test and see what is the most suitable for your personal biochemistry.
Some of the possible adverse reactions include headaches, GI tract issues, fatigue, insomnia and anxiety. Anecdotal evidence suggests racetams reduce libido and sex drive. I would point out the very popular racetam-derived supplement, Noopept. It is a warning that is passing among users, that this supplement may cause an anti-libido effect. The effect is not lasting and usually subsides when the user stops taking the supplement. So far, it is unknown why some people experience it and others do not. Although it is very mild and rare case, it is still something to consider if you are planning to take the drug for enhancing purposes.
And like all supplements and drugs, large doses of them can cause negative effects, while studies suggested that small, prescribed doses are fairly safe. Of course, as always advisable, it is best to consult a doctor before taking a new supplement regimen. Also, you may talk with a health professional prior to using nootropics.
Ongoing Research and Studies Interestingly, even our ancient ancestors used herbs and roots overwhelmingly to increase libido and sexual drive. Then, nootropics came. The first nootropic drug is synthetised in 1964. Since then, studies have been done all around the world. At first, the studies were done on rats and animals to test whether it was a statistically significant improvement. Then toxicity studies came and finally they were done on willing human patients. Today, nootropic drugs are discussed to be far more useful and less risky than before as they are tested, mixed together and improved. Nootropics went through many decades of tests, and today it is proven how much they can assist not only in enhancing people’s life, but also in helping people who want to just be healthy in general.
Researches are still going on for further developments. There is currently ongoing research into using nootropics for clinical purposes. For now, it is found that nootropics may be treating Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s , ADHD’s and many other conditions. The most of them do not have complications with existing health conditions or any type of known drug interactions, and almost none of these show signs of developing tolerance in the human body.
With this kind of background, nootropics are starting to draw more and more interest in people nowadays. Some of them are thinking of nootropics as the best way to make their life better and much more comfortable. It is an enlightening fact that they can be used even to make experiences in bed greater. The Cleveland Clinic also found that 52 percent of men experience ED in their lifetime. Regardless of their ages, people are seeking a way to avoid such an unpleasant moment. Of course, one should get well informed on the first place. How to start If you are committed to making your own stack, it makes the most sense to invest in each ingredient so you’ll be able to control over exactly how much of each component you stack, according to your specific needs. You will primarily need:
bulk nootropics and smart drug ingredients
a digital kitchen scale and / or digital spoon scale
capsules and an encapsulation machine
Putting the right stacks together alleviates the side effects, so it is best for you to pay attention to what you are choosing. A better option would be to hear other people’s experiences.
When people were asked to describe the feeling after using some of the nootropics mentioned above, most of them say that they’re feeling “more like themselves”. Giving the wanted results in providing male enhancement, we can expect that some of these will grow in popularity quickly over the next decade. Who says we can’t combine the power of nootropics with the joy of aphrodisiacs?

Disk Drill Pro. Universal utility for data recovery
Even using such a proven and sufficiently reliable tool as Time Machine, you can not be completely sure of the security of the created backups. The external medium, on which the backup was performed, can “pour”, the network storage can not be accessed … alas, the list can be continued for a long time. In such cases, specialized applications for undeleting deleted data come to the rescue. It so happened that we practically did not talk about such programs, but today we would like to talk about the Disk Drill Pro program, which can not only restore what the user has already managed to delete, but also greatly facilitate such operations in the future.
After the standard installation of the program, the user will be prompted to immediately activate the Recovery Vault system to protect the Mac system disk, enable the HDD status diagnostics based on SMART data, and view the demonstration tour that tells you about the features of Disk Drill Pro. All this can be used and at any time later.
As you can understand from the contents of the screenshot, Disk Drill Pro has Russian localization.Unfortunately, it is not quite perfect: there are phrases in English (including a demonstration tour), and the translation itself often looks like the result of Google Translate.
Then you will see a welcome screen that contains a bunch of links to the two modes of Disk Drill Pro (Protection and Recovery), as well as to various directories and other websites related to the program. By the way, the Russian-language version of the application site has a much more competent translation than the application itself.
Finally, you will get to the main program window, which has a visual interface and a simple structure consisting of two tabs (according to the number of Disk Drill Pro modes).
PROTECTION OF DATA
This tab enables / disables the unique Data Vault data protection algorithm, as well as a guaranteed data recovery system. Recovery Vault can greatly facilitate the recovery of deleted data from a particular disk due to the fact that when it is enabled, the file system service records and the attributes of the deleted files are stored in a special program repository. If you activate the Guaranteed Recovery System, in addition to all the above actions, the program will make hidden copies of all deleted files and save them according to certain rules. For each disk, you can use both one and both technologies at once.
Note that it is not enough to include one or another system – it still needs to be properly configured. In the advanced properties of Recovery Vault, you can specify additional protected folders, as well as exclusion masks, based on which the protection will not take into account files of certain types. If you disable the same system, you can also clear the repository of service records and file attributes.
In the settings of the system of guaranteed recovery, in addition to all the above, the terms for storing copies of deleted files (from 1 day to one year, and even without restrictions) are flexibly regulated, as well as the conditions under which the database of protected files will be cleared. Here you can set the minimum file size for guaranteed recovery (from 16 MB to 32 GB or, optionally, unlimited).
RECOVERY
The data recovery mode can be called the main working mode, since it is with it that the user will have to deal most often. As you can understand from the title, it is designed to recover deleted files from various media. Disk Drill Pro supports work with any disks that the user can connect and mount to a Mac OS X system (internal and external SATA / SSD / USB / FireWire / eSATA hard drives, video camera hard drives, iPod mini and iPod Classic, drives and memory cards). Declared support for HFS / HFS +, FAT16 / FAT32, NTFS, EXT3, EXT4 and other file systems, as well as over 110 file formats (see the developer’s website for a complete list).
There are at least three options for file recovery.
Restoring protected files
The easiest way is to undo the deletion of files from the media that was previously protected with Recovery Vault.
Quick scan
Quick scan, which allows you to identify recently deleted files. Can only be applied to specific media sections. After the scan is completed, the user will be asked to mark in the list of found files those that he wants to restore, specify the folder / media where the recovered files will be saved (it is strongly recommended not to save to the scanned section), select files for recovery from the list and, recovery process. If you want, you can save the restore session so that you can later return to it and restore the files found during this session, and do not start all over again, because the search results may be completely different.
Deep Scanning
Deep scanning can be affected not only by individual sections, but also by the entire carrier. The process of coarse scanning is long enough and therefore it is usually used only if rapid scanning does not bring the desired results.
After the scan is completed, the procedure for restoring files is the same as for a quick scan.
In addition to three options for recovering files in the program, there are two more useful functions.
Backup to the DMG image
Create a backup of the selected disk or partition in the DMG-archive and save the latter in the specified location.
Partition search
A function that allows you to find and restore a partition of a disk that was deleted accidentally (or intentionally).
The found partition can also be scanned for the presence of deleted files (and restore the files) on it, or you can save it to a DMG image, and then restore it using Disk Utility .
As a pleasant and not less useful addition, we can note the possibility of outputting the hard disk temperature indicator in the menu bar, which simultaneously serves as an application icon. Clicking on the icon will display a small context menu (when monitoring the temperature of several disks installed in the Mac, the corresponding number of icons will be displayed in the menu bar).
The Disk Drill Pro settings menu is very simple and contains 5 tabs with a minimum of settings located in them.Among the options you can note the choice of certain types of files that will be searched for during scanning, the setting of a master password that restricts unauthorized access to important functions of the program, work with SMART disk parameters. In general, the user may even not look at this menu, since Disk Drill Pro works fine and without additional settings.
As is known, it often happens that the value of information and data stored on certain media is many times greater than the value of the media itself or even of the entire computer. It is for these reasons that applications that allow you to recover lost data have quite a noticeable value. Disk Drill Pro is also no exception in this regard. The purchase will cost the user $ 89 , but it’s nice that for users residing in the CIS countries there is a 50% discount , as a result of which the final $ 44.5 does not seem such a large sum, especially if the restoration of the data archive is at stake, which you have been compiling for several years. There is also a completely free version of Drill Disk Basic, which has the same functionality as the Pro version (including the Recovery Vault system), except that the ability to restore files is disabled in it. There is also a third version of the program, which is called Disk Drill Media Recovery and is distributed only through the Mac App Store. Apple’s stringent requirements for applications deployed in the Mac App Store have forced the developers of Disk Drill to abandon a number of fairly important functions and significantly reduce the cost of the application. The program began to cost “only” $ 29.99, but at the same time it lost the ability to work with partitions of hard disks installed in the Mac and, accordingly, the Recovery Vault system.
In the process of testing, Disk Drill Pro showed excellent results in recovering files, regardless of when they were deleted, and can be recommended for use by all those users who evaluate the information stored on their media, much higher than the amount that will have to be laid out for the full version of the application.

The Best Modafinil Nootropic Stack You Should TRY
I think it is safe to say that Modafinil is the Superman of nootropics. It seems that there is literally nothing that this drug can’t do for your brain from improving memory to making you more alert and focused. As if this wasn’t awesome enough, it also happens to lack negative side effects allowing you to include it into your regular nootropic regimen without issue. Despite the sheer awesomeness of Modafinil, there is no denying the fact that it could be a lot better when combined with the right compounds. Below is a list of 10 of the best nootropics to combine with Modafinil. That way, whether you need help with memory or you just want to deal with your stress and anxiety, you will know just how to pair this wonder-nootropic.
Best Modafinil Nootropic Stacks
1. Piracetam
Piracetam is the oldest Nootropic in the book. The fact that it is still so widely used despite hundreds of new compounds being discovered after it speaks volumes. It is a mild but highly effective Racetam that acts by stimulating activity at Acetylcholine receptors. Piracetam has been shown to be effective in numerous neurological dysfunctions ranging from attention deficiency to anxiety and mood disorders. When combined with Modafinil, there is brain stimulation that improves alertness, alleviated brain fatigue and promotes concentration. To make this stack even better, you should add a choline supplement.
2. Aniracetam
Aniracetam is the newer and stronger version of Piracetam and has the same effects on an amplified level. Among its many benefits and effects on the brain is the ability to reduce stress. This is done through various mechanisms including promoting the release of cortisol. Cortisol is pretty much the body’s very own chill pill and is bound to wind you down however anxious or riled up you are. When combined with Modafinil, the stimulation helps with improvement and stabilization of mood.
3. Oxiracetam
This is one of the strongest of the Racetams so far and is not to be taken lightly. Its powerful effects mean that it should be reserved for people whose bodies have already developed tolerance to the more subtle acting Racetams. So if you are a beginner you might want to hold out for a while. Stacking these two stimulants is something that should be done carefully. The last thing you want is to be a fiery little ball of energy bouncing off the walls after your daily dose. Once your body is ready, find the right dose that will allow you to enjoy the energy boost and improved focus without wearing you out.
4. Pramiracetam
This is another very strong Racetam but its effects are slightly more passive than those of other members of this Nootropic superfamily. Pramiracetam has been shown to have effects on memory centers of the brain. It helps with better storage and retrieval of facts and information. When combined with Modafinil, this stack is perfect for students. This is because the combination will not only help keep you focused and alert but will also allow you to understand, memorize and recall the facts. Did someone just say 4.0 GPA?
5. Alpha GPC Choline
This is probably the greatest sidekick in the world of Nootropics. It seems to go well with pretty much all the major compounds including Modafinil. Choline by itself might not have very impressive results but when combined with this compound will have you functioning at very high capacity in no time. Choline is an analogue of one of the brain’s most important neurotransmitters. Its presence in the stack promotes activities mediated by this natural chemicals resulting in everything from improved focus to improved mood. The combination also comes in handy for people who have negative reactions to stimulants like Modafinil. In this case, the Alpha GPC part of the stack counters effects like headaches and brain fogginess.
6. Noopept
Noopept is another one of the strongest and most versatile Nootropics available for pairing with Modafinil. This compound at the most basic level acts as a stimulant. It promotes concentration, stamina and memory when taken alone. When combined with Modafinil, it will take things to the next level for you with benefits like improved mood and high functional capacity being some of the perks you can look forward to.
7. Caffeine
Caffeine is one of the most commonly used stimulants. You probably had a cup in the morning. You’re probably having one right now. Combination with Modafinil boosts the stimulatory effects of both resulting in increased focus and alertness. However, it is very important to be careful about the dosing. This is one of those stacks which could either work out really well for you or have you up for several days if you do not get the dose right.
8. Vinpocetine
Vinpocetine is a potentiator compound. Think of it as the cheerleader for the Nootropics team. On its own, it doesn’t really do much to improve brain function. However, it facilitates and promotes the activity of other compounds it is paired with. It has also been shown to prolong the effects of different nootropics. Combining it with Modafinil is perfect when you want to shorten your dose interval as well as to avoid getting over-stimulated.
9. Piperine
Piperine is also a potentiator. Despite not having any special effects of note has been shown to significantly improve the effects of Modafinil.
10. Deprenyl (Selegiline)
Finally, Deprenyl is a great option when stacking Modafinil. The drugs has been shown to have the ability to significantly improve the activity of different stimulants including Modafinil, Racetams and many others. In order to enjoy the full benefits of this stack, it is advisable to start off with the Deprenyl for a few days before adding Modafinil. This sort of primes the brain making it more receptive and responsive when the stimulant is added into the mix.
Summary
After all is said and done, it seems that there is nothing that can’t go well with Modafinil from Racetams to Choline supplements. All you need to do is to gain an understanding of how each works and how they complement Modafinil. That way, you should be able to settle on the stack that best suits your specific needs for great results.

Best Nootropic Stack For Energy
There is nothing worse than brain fatigue when you need to get work done. Whether you are a doctor halfway through a graveyard shift or a rock star on a tour, there is no denying the benefits of that occasional brain energy boost. While finding nootropics to work with in this case, it is important to look for those with a stimulant effect. In this case, Racetams, Noopept and Modafinil analogues are the way to go. Below are 7 specific nootropics worth considering in this case and how each will give you that extra boost you need to get the job done right.
1. Aniracetam
One of the most common causes of brain slumps is depression and other similar mood disorders. Aniracetam helps in this case mainly by improving your mood. It does this by promoting the release and activity of two of the brain’s most potent mood stabilizer. These are serotonin and dopamine. You know that feeling you get when you take a bite of your favorite snack? That is exactly what the increase of these two brain compounds feels like. The resultant improved mood and concentration makes it easier for the user to be focused and motivated. It has also been shown to improve enthusiasm and determination to finish tasks. Aniracetam also improves brain energy by ensuring that it is properly juiced up. It does this by promoting blood flow into and around the brain. This means that the cells get the nourishment they require to function optimally.
2. Piracetam
Piracetam has a lot to offer as far as improved brain energy and motivation are concerned. As with most other racetams, it has the ability to improve levels of serotonin and dopamine. This improves mood and increases the user’s motivation, drive and focus. Piracetam also has a unique mode of action where it increases the fluidity of nerve cell membranes. This has been shown to have numerous effects including improved creativity and reduced anxiety. One of the best things about Piracetam is the fact that it is a very mild nootropic. This makes it perfect for use by beginners and the elderly. It can also be safely used as a complement to mainstream medication meant to deal with cognitive function anomalies.
3. Pramiracetam
Pramiracetam has numerous modes of action and effects on the brain. However, when it comes to boosting brain activity it is its ability to improve levels of nitric oxide in the brain that is of interest. It does this by increasing the levels of an enzyme referred to as Nitric Oxide Synthase. The subsequent increase in the compound Nitric Oxide has numerous positive effects on the brain. One of this is the increase of blood flow which in turn boosts brain energy levels and makes you able to perform different tasks a lot better. It has also been shown to have effects on motivation and drive.
4. Phenylpiracetam
This is one of the most potent Racetams there is and is therefore not commonly advised for use by beginners. Phenylpiracetam is unique in that it is one of the few nootropics with the ability to affect both the neurological and psychomotor functions in the body. This means that it is not only your brain but also your body that will get the energy boost required to get the job done properly. With this in mind, Phenylpiracetam is the ideal nootropic for individuals with a physically and mentally demanding lifestyle. Its main mechanism of action in this case is the ability to strengthen dopamine receptors. This effect increases dopaminergic activity in the brain resulting in improved mood and drive. It also allows continuous nervous firing and transmission without fast fatigue which significantly improves stamina.
5. Noopept
Noopept is one of the most versatile nootropics there is. Through its numerous modes of action, it has many different effects on the brain of the user. One of the most important of these is the improvement of brain clarity. This comes in handy when fatigue makes you foggy and incapable of performing tasks up to par. Noopept is also very effective as a brain stimulant and results in improved alertness and focus. Finally, it has been shown to affect mood, thought patterns, physical skills and social interaction. All these effects put together have wondrous effects on the brain’s energy levels and functional capacity. Due to its extremely potent nature, it is important for beginners to start with very small doses. This allows safe build-up to the optimum functional dose.
6. Modafinil
Modafinil is a potent brain stimulant and is one of the most commonly used when it comes to improved energy, focus and clarity. This balance of effects makes it perfect for use by people with ADD and ADHD. In addition to these benefits, Modafinil is relatively safe with very few and very rare negative effects. The one challenge with this nootropic is the fact that it is a prescription drug. You therefore cannot just walk into your local pharmacy and ask for it. In this case, there is a less potent but equally beneficial alternative which is Adrafinil. Unlike Modafinil, it is not closely regulated and can therefore easily be purchased without a prescription.
7. Armodafinil
Last but not least, if your brain needs a serious pick-me-up you might want to consider Armodafinil. This is a close relative of Modafinil with more or less similar effects. One of its main benefits is the ability to improve alertness. It is like a less messy, more effective and longer lasting alternative to coffee. This makes it perfect to all those students who have trouble staying awake through a whole lecture.
Bottom line
It goes without saying that you can never go wrong with these nootropics if it is improved focus and motivation that you are after. They come in especially handy if you are one who is always on the move whether as a student, a business person or even a very overwhelmed stay-at-home mum. If you wish to get the most out of these nootropics, you may also choose to stack them. In this case, choline supplements are the way to go. These improve the brain’s cholinergic activity thus enhancing the 7 nootropics’ stimulating action.

Best Nootropic Sleep Stack 2018
The Best Nootropic Combinations For Sleepless Nights
There is nothing as frustrating as insomnia and this when you star thinking of buying nootropic sleep stack. You finish your night time routine, slip into those comfy PJs and get into bed; only to toss and turn for hours. The feeling is a lot worse when you have commitments the next morning and you literally watch precious hours of sleep slipping away from you. One of the best ways to handle insomnia is using nootropics. The most important thing in this case is to figure out what could be causing these sleepless nights in order to settle on the best stack for you. Below is a comprehensive guideline on the best nootropic combination for sleep. By the end of it all, you should be able to settle on the best one to not only improve the speed of falling asleep but also the quality of that sleep. Why do you have such a hard time falling asleep?
Before we get into details about the best nootropic sleep stack, it is important to understand what causes sleeping problems. Don’t worry, this isn’t about to turn into a lecture on sleep disorders. However, gaining a basic understand will allow you to identify your specific challenges and find the right nootropic stack to deal with them.
Trouble sleeping can either be in terms of falling asleep of staying asleep. People have trouble falling asleep for many reasons including stress, anxiety and brain hyperactivity. Staying asleep on the other hand can be caused by the same problems in addition to other imbalances in the brain and body in general. With this information in mind, below are some of the best nootropics for sleep and combinations that maximize benefits.
1. Phenibut
How does it work?
Phenibut is an analogue of a naturally produced brain chemical referred to as GABA. This neurotransmitter is the brain’s equivalent of a brake pedal. It inhibits activity resulting in sedation and a relaxed state. Phenibut has the same effect on the brain and is therefore effective for people who have trouble falling asleep as a result of anxiety or brain overstimulation.
Side effects
Despite having such a straightforward and effective mode of action, Phenibut is not without it’s less than pleasant effects. The inhibitory effect on the brain could lead to things like drowsiness and fatigue even while you are awake. It is also associated with withdrawal symptoms. It is therefore important to avoid reliance on the nootropic as a sleep aid and take it only when necessary.
Best stacking combination
One of the best compounds to combine Phenibut with is Aniracetam. This is because of its ability to stimulate production of dopamine by the brain. This counters many of Phenibut’s negative effects ensuring that in addition to great quality sleep you get to stay alert and energized when you wake up.
2. Aniracetam
How does it work?
Aniracetam does not do very much actively change your brain’s sleep-wake cycle. However, it does significantly improve mood which is one of the best ways to promote sleep. It does this by increasing production and activity of brain chemicals like serotonin and dopamine. With this unique mechanism of action, it is best used by people who are having trouble sleeping as a result of depression.
Side effects
For the most part, Aniracetam is safe and has few if any side effects. This is as a result of its somewhat passive mode of action. However, unwanted effects are not entirely unheard of with things like nausea and other forms of digestive tract irritation. Some people have also reported effects like headaches and insomnia. The good news is that the incidences of these side effects are few and far between.
Best stacking combination
When stacking this compound, the best complementary nootropic is Alpha GPC. This acts as a choline supplement and boosts the effects of Aniracetam while mitigating the negative effects.
3. Picamilon
How does it work?
Picamilon is basically a combination of GABA and Niacin. Once it gets to the brain, the former is released to exert its inhibitory effects. Something unique about Picamilon is the fact that in addition to promoting relaxation, it improves mood. These two effects make it a lot easier for the user to fall asleep quickly.
Side effects
Picamilon is relatively safe with few if any side effects. These include headaches, fatigue and restlessness experiences once you wake up after using it. However, not everyone experiences these effects. In the event that you find yourself in the category of the unlucky few, you could try to mitigate the effects by lowering the dose.
Best stacking combination
Picamilon works best when combined with L-Theanine. L-Theanine has a more direct effect on the actual sleep cycle and brain waves while you sleep. Overall, the combination allows you not only to fall asleep quickly but to also get high quality deep sleep.
4. L-Theanine
How does it work?
L-Theanine is quite a puzzle as far as its effects on sleep are concerned with its exact mechanism of action not being understood. It has been show to act on numerous receptors in the brain with the overall effect resulting alteration of brain waves during sleep. This ensures that you get to enjoy deep and high quality sleep with no frequent bouts of alertness during the night or feeling of exhaustion when you wake up in the morning.
Side effects
It is the safest nootropic for sleep on our list on account of the lack of known side effects. However, it is not advisable to take L-Theanine while on blood pressure meds or with other stimulants.
Best stacking combination
L-Theanine will not help you fall asleep but it will allow you to enjoy sleep once it comes. While stacking, it is best to combine it with nootropics that induce sleep. As already discussed, Aniracetam is one of these with this stack being great for both beginners and nootropic veterans.
5. Huperzine-A
How does it work?
This is yet another nootropic that does not induce sleep but instead improves its depth and quality. It acts through cholinergic receptors in the brain and has been shown to affect brain waves during the REM cycle of sleep.
Side effects
Due to its cholinergic effects, Huperzine can cause things like nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. However, these do not usually last long and your body will learn to build up tolerance within no time.
Best stacking combination
The best stack in this case is the combination of Aniracetam and Huperzine. The Racetam causes you to fall asleep quickly for the effects of Huperzine to kick in.
Summary
The individual nootropics as well as stacks discussed above are truly the holy grails of sleepless nights. Whether you have trouble falling asleep or it is the staying asleep part that is a challenge, they should be able to help. No more tossing and turning and no more counting sheep. You can now sleep like a baby every single night.

The 5 Best Nootropic Stacks For Anxiety
Anxiety can be very destabilizing if not properly handled, that is many of us look for the best nootropic stack for anxiety. Whether you are a student with nerves on edge over an exam or you suffer from social anxiety and couldn’t make a friend to save your life, it is important to get help. The use of Nootropics has been shown to be very successful in dealing with anxiety. All you need to do is to find the compound that works best for you and the best dose of that compound. Despite different people having different responses to many Nootropics available, there are a few that you can never go wrong with as far as anxiety is concerned. Below are 5 of these nootropic stacks and an explanation of exactly what it is that makes each one of them so effective.
1. Aniracetam
Aniracetam is a member of a group of Nootropics referred to as Racetams. Like its other group members, Aniracetam has protagonist effects on AMPA glutamate receptors. In a nutshell, the chemical reaction cascade that follows results in significant improvement in mood. That way, you will not only get over your anxiety but also feel a lot happier and more motivated.
2. Noopept
Noopept is without a doubt one of the most powerful Nootropics when it comes to dealing with anxiety. It works like Racetams by promoting Glutamate activity on AMPA receptors in the brain. It has also been shown to improve the levels of Dopamine and Serotonin in the brain. This in turn results in mood improvement, energy boosts, anxiolytic effect and so much more. However, despite all these benefits Noopept can be quite a wild card working for some and not for others. It is therefore important to try it out alone for a while to see whether or not it does the trick for you.
3. Phenibut
Phenibut has a sedative effect which makes it the best when dealing with serious anxiety attacks. It works by promoting GABA neurotransmitter activity. GABA has an inhibitory effect on the brain and use of Phenibut will result in a generalized state of relaxation. This is perfect for people prone to panic attacks but might not be such a good option if you have work to get back to. The last thing you want is to go through an entire day of work or school in a daze. Should you settle for this compound, it is important to space out the doses in order to avoid unwanted effects.
4. Inositol
Inositol is another compound that induces relaxation by promoting GABA activity in the brain. As a result of this effect, it is great for anxiety associated with stress and depression. With this in your daily regimen, you will be one happy and calm sailor whether it is midterms around the corner or a nagging boss constantly on your case.
5. Picamilon
Finally, Picamilon is worth considering when looking for anxiolytic Nootropics. It is unique in that it has both sedative and stimulating effects on the brain. It promotes GABA activity leading to relaxation and relief of mental fatigue. However, it also paradoxically causes slight stimulation with mood improvement, increased focus and an energy boost. With all these benefits and the lack of any side effects, Picamilon is perfect for stacking.
Conclusion
If you are always nervous and on edge, it goes without saying that the 5 nootropics above will help you calm down. It is also very important to complement their use with a lifestyle change if possible. This means things like getting more organized to avoid last minute rush-induced anxiety and pretty much making a deliberate effort to be calm and happy.

Best Nootropic Stack Similar To Adderall
If you are looking for Adderal nootropic stack that can be taken daily and safely, I will have to disappoint you. Adderall is a dangerous nootropic that can harm your health, unless it’s prescribed my your doctor. As the exam period approaches, it is safe to assume that this is the time most college students turn to cognitive enhancers such as Adderall to help them get through with their finals. While most students are motivated to use cognitive enhancers to improve their odds of getting good grades, some students say that they use them to avoid procrastination and also because it makes studying more pleasurable. A cognitive booster like Adderall which millions of students depend on can be potentially dangerous and this is why a lot of savvy students are looking for a Nootropic stack like Adderall, which is a safe, legal and effective alternative.
Adderall is an amphetamine CNS – Stimulant that’s approved for treating narcolepsy and ADHD. It’s listed as a Schedule II drug which is available only by prescription but despite the legal regulation, it is still one of the most abused drugs in North America. Reports from recent studies show that over thirty percent of college students use Adderall nootropic stack to improve their concentration, focus, and energy. It should be noted that there is already a wide misconception about this drug and it’s still being regarded as safe and harmless. Adderall contains a combination of dextroamphetamine and amphetamine both which pose harmful risks such as addiction, withdrawal syndrome etc. The drug puts millions of its users in danger as the effects of long-term use can be potentially devastating.
However, there is no need to worry because you can still find a Nootropic stack like Adderall which can enhance concentration, focus, increase energy and significantly improve your cognitive abilities without exposing you to the dangers and negative effects of amphetamines. Nootropics like Adrafinil and Oxiracetam contain natural elements such as choline supplements and vitamins and they are not only legal, safe and effective alternatives to Adderall, they are also affordable and easily available. Some of the best modern nootropics and natural supplement stacks that can increase energy and improve cognition include:
B-Vitamins
Do you want to naturally improve your brain power? Well, the first step is by ensuring you have high levels of B-Vitamin complex in your system. Vitamin B complex plays the crucial role of converting food into cellular energy. New studies indicate that it affects the brain function to an extent that low levels of B-Vitamin can lead to poor memory, cognitive decline and slow processing of information. While high-quality preparations of vitamin B Complex can be found everywhere, if you are looking for a serious brain-optimization, you need to get an enhanced stand – alone vitamin-B preparation which has been specifically designed to be assimilated through the blood-brain barrier leading to a rapid cognitive boost.
The best B-Vitamin nootropics are Picamilon, a mood and cognition booster which contains niacin and GABA; Pyritinol which is an enhanced version of B6-Vitamin and Sulbutiamine – an Enhanced version of Thiamine or Vitamin-B1.For starters, Sulbutiamine can be taken up to twice a day in a dose of 300-400 mg.
Alpha GPC
Alpha Glycerylphosphorylcholine also simply known as Alpha GPC is an improved choline source that has been shown to improve the cognitive functions by enhancing the production of acetylcholine. Although Alpha GPC isn’t known as a stimulant, most of its users usually say that they experience cognitive stimulation after taking Alpha – GPC supplements. Repeated scientific tests have proven that Alpha –GPC is a safe and effective cognitive enhancer with clinical trials showing that it improved emotional state and cognitive abilities in aged patients suffering from vascular- dementia.
Because nootropics usually make heavy draws from the brain’s supply of acetylcholine, a knowledgeable nootropic user will stack or combine their nootropic with a bio – available source of choline like Alpha GPC, a great addition to other nootropic supplements. A typical dose of Alpha –GPC is around 300 mg taken twice a day.
Oxiracetam
A synthetic derivative of the original nootropic, Piracetam, Oxiracetam is one of the most popular nootropics currently that is best known to improve memory, increase energy and enhance alertness. It contains stimulant properties that are often described as mild and smooth. If you are afraid of stimulants that cause agitation, jitteriness or nervousness, then Oxiracetam is the best alternative.
Working by directly modulating the release of glutamine and acetylcholine transmitters both which are essential to learning, memory and general cognitive functions, Oxiracetam has been clinically tested as a treatment for memory loss. This water-soluble drug should always be taken in conjunction with a choline source such as Alpha GPC, in powder or capsule form, with or without food.
Adrafinil
Adderall is the most common go-to nootropic stack for millions of users who need to do mentally taxing jobs over long periods of time. However, if you want to increase energy, wakefulness as well as enhance your cognitive abilities, Adrafinil, a nootropic stack similar to Adderall, is the best alternative for Adderall. Although it is pharmacologically inactive initially, when Adrafinil is metabolized its effects are similar to that of Modafinil- a USFDA Approved wakeful disorder treatment. It stimulates the part of the nervous system which releases adrenaline, a brain chemical which creates the flight or fight response. It’s believed that Adrafinil can replicate the release of adrenaline by boosting the functioning of adrenergic neurotransmitters and also triggering an increased production of histamine, norepinephrine, and dopamine all which are directly linked to energy levels and wakefulness. It also improves memory, mood as well as overall cognitive abilities by inhibiting the breakdown of dopamine and glutamate while stimulating the release of serotonin.
Note that Adrafinil is still legal and un-regulated for purchase in Canada and US. A safe and effective dose is usually between 150 mg – 300 mg daily. However, new users should start with a low dose and gradually increase the amounts as needed.
The examples mentioned above are just a few of the many nootropics and natural supplements that are currently available in the market. Used by hundreds of millions of students, night workers, researchers and other groups of people who are routinely faced with situations which demand maximum physical and mental energy, they provide users with effective, safe and affordable cognitive boost with no dangerous effects like those found in pharmaceutical stimulants such as Adderall.

Best Natural Nootropic Stack 2018
For many people, 24 hours are not enough and they feel that they cannot achieve what they want within the allotted window, that is why people come to the help of natural nootropic stacking. We cannot get more than 24 hours in a day, but we can increase our productivity considerably by enhancing our brain function by consuming the right set of compounds.
Nootropics are the compounds in the food that enhance our ability to focus and think clearly. You can truly boost your brain function and optimize cognition if you consume them regularly.
If the idea of nootropics appeals to you, but you don’t want to consume any synthetic compounds to fiddle with your brain, you can use natural nootropics. There are a lot of natural nootropics available that can improve your memory, mood, enhance cognition and boost the productivity.
People have been using natural compounds from herbs and plants to boost their brain function for ages. For e.g., Ashwagandha is a herb being used by Ayurveda practitioners to combat stress and boost brain activity since ancient times.
What is a Natural Nootropic Stack?
A natural nootropic stack is a combination of natural nootropic herbs or foods that complement each other and benefit the brain in a variety of ways. Natural nootropic stack does not aim to boost brain function only for a short period of time. It aims to improve overall brain health while boosting the brain function right after they are used.
How Do Nootropics Work?
The human brain is a highly complex organ and it has a hundred billion neurons approximately. These neurons form trillions of connections that coordinate together to make the brain function.
Different nootropics have different effects on the brain. The effects of Nootropics are listed below.
1. Boost memory 2. Enhance mood 3. Improve focus 4. Improve motivation 5. Increase neurotransmitter production 6. Protect neurons 7. Improve blood flow 8. Form new synapses between two brain hemispheres.
Nootropics & Brain Plasticity
Our brain is highly plastic, i.e., it changes physically as a result of our learning experience. When you try to accomplish something challenging that needs you to use the power of your brain, nootropics can help you significantly.
When you are trying to learn something new, the brain is forming up new connections and improve communication across newly formed channels. Nootropics alter the synapses in the brain and help the brain with plasticity. With improved plasticity, it becomes easier for the person to concentrate and learn at a great speed.

Best Nootropics And Stacks For ADD And ADHD
ADHD Nootropic Stack: Intro
If you are looking for the best nootropic stack for ADHD, you have or know someone who suffers from ADD or ADHD. You are than familiar with the extremely short attention span. One moment you are listening to your friend talk and the next you are thinking about how cool it would be to have neon colored butterflies. With ADHD on the other hand you get the short attention span, a scoop of hyperactivity and a cherry on top. For a long time, drugs like Adderall and Ritalin have been the go-to when it comes to dealing with these conditions. However, as Nootropics gain more popularity each day, individual compounds and stacks with a positive effect are being discovered. Below are a few ADD and ADHD nootropic stack alternatives to Adderall.
1. Piracetam, Alpha GPC and Fish Oil
When it comes to ADD and ADHD stacks, this is the safest and simplest. The Piracetam part of the stack acts by increasing the amount and activity of Acetylcholine. This is a brain neurotransmitter responsible for numerous activities in the brain. One of the most relevant in this case is the improvement of focus and concentration. This comes in super handy in both conditions as it allows the taker to be more attentive in whatever activity whether it is a simple conversation or a serious task. The Alpha GPC component on the other hand acts as a choline supplement. This complements the effect of Piracetam resulting not only in improved focus but also improved memory and brain energy boost. The fish oil acts as the icing on the cake pretty much feeding the brain and making it a lot more receptive to the activities of the other two compounds in the stack. Of all the nootropic combinations for these two conditions, this is the only one whose use in children and beginners is considered safe and therefore recommended.
2. Aniracetam, Huperzine, Acetyl-L-Tyrosine and a Choline Supplement
Aniracetam is one of the most powerful racetams and acts by promoting Acetylcholine activity in the brain. If your body can handle it, you may opt for more powerful racetams like Oxiracetam and Phenylpiracetam. These are useful when dealing with more severe forms of attention deficit. The Huperzine component of this stack plays a similar role as the racetams with the combined effect resulting in synergistic benefit to the user with the help of the choline supplement. Finally, Acetyl-L-Tyrosine helps by improving production and activity of other neurotransmitters including Dopamine and Epinephrine. These are useful in mood improvement as well as preventing mental fatigue after all the hyperactivity.
3. Adrafinil, Acetyl-L-Tyrosine and a Choline supplement
This is without a doubt one of the most powerful nootropic stacks for ADD and ADHD. Adrafinil acts as a stimulant promoting alertness and as a result increasing focus and concentration. The choline supplements boost this activity through Acetylcholine receptors whereas the Tyrosine component simply helps with improvement of mood and brain energy.
Bottom line
Stacking for ADD and ADHD is effective and safe as it allows you to gain cognitive improvement benefits of the many different Nootropics included. The compounds discussed above might not completely cure the conditions but they will help manage the symptoms. That way, you can sit through an entire lecture or meeting without building an entire kingdom, let alone castles, in the air.

The Beginner Nootropic Stack 2018
If you are looking for a beginner nootropic stack that really works, this article may be extremely useful for you. At some point in life, we all feel overwhelmed by responsibility. Life seems to be moving so fast you feel more like a spectator than an actual active player. For some people, especially students, this is not just a transitional stage but a full time state. In this case, nootropic stacking are among the best and safest solutions. They pretty much help get your brain in great shape and ready to handle whatever challenges life throws your way. However, starting out can be a little tricky. This is because of the fact that we are all unique in terms of how we process and react to the different compounds. This means that what might be the perfect dose and beginner nootropic stack combination for you might not work for someone else. So when searching for the best nootropic stack, consider your individual needs.
It is therefore absolutely important to ensure that you take your time figuring out exactly what works for you. However, there are a few nootropic stack combinations that every beginner should try and they never go wrong. In addition not having few and tolerable side effects, if any, they offer multiple brain stimulation and cognitive improvement benefits. Below is a comprehensive guide that should come in handy should you decide to get on board the nootropics.
Beginner Nootropic Stack: Think Before You Stack
Stacking is the best way to complement the benefits of individual nootropics for synergistic effects. However, as you are a nootropic stack beginner starting out you might not want to rush into this. There are two reasons for this.
The first is the fact that your body might not react well to all nootropic compounds. When used in stacks, it might be difficult to identify the culprit in the event that you suffer side effects. It is therefore important to take some time trying out individual nootropics before combining them.
The second reason why you might not want to stack right away is the fact that it might be a little expensive. Nootropics are not cheap despite being worth every penny. Stacking makes your financial matters a lot worse as you actually have to budget for multiple compounds at a go. In order to save your hard earned money, it is important to first ensure that you figure out the best compounds for your specific needs. The last thing you want to do is to waste your money on a compound that doesn’t do you any good.
Best Nootropic Stack For Beginners
As a beginner in the world of nootropic use, it is important to start small and work your way up. You do not want to overwhelm your body by introducing too many new substances at once. Below are three stacks that should come in handy whatever your cognitive needs are.
1. L-Theanine and Caffeine
Caffeine acts as a brain stimulant resulting in increased alertness, better concentration and an overall energy boost. L-Theanine on the other hand has an anxiolytic effect that leaves you calm and relaxed. The combination of these two is perfect as L-Theanine cancels out negative effects of caffeine including insomnia, restlessness and anxiety. For the best results, the two should be taken in a ratio of 1 part caffeine to 2 part L-Theanine. This is not only the most popular beginner nootropic stack, but also one of the favorite nootropic stacks for students.
2. Racetams and Choline
Racetams are a group of compounds that act by increasing the usage of acetylcholine in the brain. This is one of the main neurotransmitters in the brain and its use results in general improved cognitive function. Commonly used Racetams include Piracetam, Oxiracetam and Aniracetam. Choline is added into the mix not only to complement the activity of these compounds but also to mitigate side effects like headaches. However, it is important to ensure that you start with very low doses of the choline supplements. This is because when doses exceed your body’s tolerance level, there is a chance of experiencing the various side effects that the compound is meant to prevent.
3. St. John’s Wart and Ashwagantha
These two for a very interesting beginner nootropic stack that offers mood stabilizing effects. St. John’s wart acts by inhibiting re-uptake of Serotonin. This triggers the production of more of this compound in the brain which in turn results in improved mood. Ashwagantha on the other hand has inhibitory effects on the brain. This results in a generalized relaxed and focused state. The combination is perfect if you are dealing with depression, stress or anxiety.
Advanced Beginner Nootropic Stack
Once your body and brain are used to functioning at a higher capacity, it is safe to introduce new and more complex compounds. Below are 4 combinations that are perfect for students and pretty much anyone seeking to upgrade from the beginner stacks.
1. Alpha Brain and TruBrain
These two are combination stacks that come in the form of capsules. Each capsule contains a variety of nootropics including Racetams, different forms of choline, vitamins and many other unique ingredients. The whole point is to get all you need in one convenient package instead of walking around with bottles of pills and powders. Before you pick any of these, it is important to go through the ingredients to see if there is any that you had crossed off your tolerable list as you were starting out. If you want something convenient, pre-made nootropic stack will be the best choice for you.
2. Phenylpiracetam and Alpha GCP
Phenylpiracetam is like the superman version of mere mortal racetams. In addition to the many benefits of this group of compounds, the phenylated version acts as an active stimulant resulting in energy boosts and improved focus. Alpha GCP on the other hand is a form of Choline meant to supplement the Racetam derivative and counter any unwanted effects.
3. The PAO stack
This stack is a three-part combination containing the three main racetams; Piracetam, Aniracetam and Oxiracetam. It goes without saying that this is one of the most powerful combinations and is definitely not for the faint of heart. It has multiple effects including improved memory, improved mood and internal motivation as well as enhanced sensory perception.
Bottom line
In conclusion, the most important thing to consider when starting out with nootropic stacking is the importance of taking it slow. With the three beginner stacks highlighted above, you should be able to enjoy multiple cognitive improvement benefits without stressing your systems. Once you are ready to take it to the advanced level, the 3 upgrade stacks are a great place to start. You could also throw a few fatty acid supplements into the mix if you can handle it. These include Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). All you need to do is to listen to your body and ensure that it can handle the new compounds before adding them to your daily regimen.
