Sam stumbled back in shock at the confession. “wh-you’re-your’re what?” he stammered in disbelief, his eyes automatically darting to her stomach as he did so “you-you can’t be, are you sure?” he murmured quietly, taking a deep breath and biting his lip anxiously as he did so. 

Sam then sighed, when Jesse said that she was scared and started to cry.The young hunter then proceeded to inhale deeply, before he then pulled Jesse into a tight hug as he then kissed her head softly.

Sam raised his eyebrows, when Jesse told him that she had something to tell him. “yes?” he asked softly…

Sam took a deep breath and put his head in his hands, biting his lip as he then patiently and nervously listened to Rosemary. She empathised with him, comforted him and even agreed to put the idea of marriage on hold until he was ready. Sam was then taken by surprise; when Rosemary then proceeded to kiss him, before he then smiled softly and happily kissed her back.

Whilst this was undeniably sweet, Sam hated it; as he felt like he did not deserve her sympathy or her love, and so her saying that in all honesty made him feel worse. He sat down and thought for a minute, before he then proceeded to respond to her thusly “I just need some time okay? It’s a lot to think about” he murmured softly, inhaling deeply as he did so. 

Sam then laughed slightly, when Rosemary joked about losing daylight and sleeping in the car. He then smiled slightly, as she then took his hand and gently dragged him back to the car. Sam then took a deep breath, before he then  quietly drove to the nearest motel; biting his nails nervously, and his heart racing as he did so.

When they got to the motel, they quickly got a room and settled in. Then, before long Rosemary had fallen asleep. Sam smiled softly for a moment at this; as he then looked at a sleeping Rosemary, and thought how beautiful she looked. The young hunter then sighed softly and ran his hands through his hair; before he then proceeded to sit at the edge of the bed, deep in thought and his mind racing as he did so.

Sam’s heart raced as he wound down the windows in Rosemary’s classic mustard coloured Mustang. This couldn’t be happening, could it? He had gotten his girlfriend pregnant; and now they were running away together, because their parents would have killed them (especially his Dad). It almost didn’t seem real…

Sam walked in the direction of the river, breathing heavily as he did so; unable to take a breath or think straight, as he stumbled onwards; in the hope that some fresh air and distance might alleviate his symptoms, and he would thus be able to think more clearly.

Before long, Rosemary had bolted out the car after him; trying to calm him down and apologise as she did so, but it did little to make Sam feel better; that was  however, until she caught up with him and began to hug him tightly. This calmed Sam down a little; who then took a deep breath, as Rosemary  pulled his face towards him and told him that she couldn’t do this without him. 

Sam sighed slightly at this, feeling guilty as hell about what he had done “god, I’m sorry Rosie. I shouldn’t have done that; it’s just when I think about everything, and...” he trailed of quietly, rubbing his face with his hands as he did so.
