It's okay Commander! He toootally wouldn't light them !
I’m trying to prove a point to my commanding officer. Reblog if you think it’s okay to keep a few cartons of cigarettes on your space station so long as you don’t actually light them up.

Had an idea a while back for Empty Man Cometh. Imagine if the warning wasn't fake and now it hid in the halls of the Hephaestus. So I drew it! May digitalize it eventually too

ATTENTION WOLF359 FANS!!
I am writing an essay on wolf359 and I need YOUR help. I have a survey of 3 questions about wolf359's characters and the topic of morality, specifically the importance of morally grey characters and dilemmas in media. In these questions, I want to hear about your experience and opinions listening to wolf359. Include as much or as little as you'd like. [feel free to step on a soap box and rant all you'd like for the responses] One thing to keep in mind with replying is you can talk about how you feel about the characters as people and as story characters along with how you feel about the show overall. So without further ado. The questions!!
In wolf359, did the fact that most characters are morally grey affect your viewing experience of the show?
How did the subject of morality and the decisions made by the characters change your perspective on them as people
how do you compare wolf359 to other shows on quality? Is the fact that they discuss morality as a key subject a part of the reason why you prefer wolf359 to other media
Thank you so much and feel free to reply in the comments or to message them to me. Thank you so much for helping a fellow Wolf359 fanatic

I'm back at it again with more wolf359 content .゚+.(・∀・)゚+.゚
This time around, I am discussing how Lundström met everyone on the Hephaestus. While in the podcast, we never actually hear about how they all meet each other. I have seen posts by other creators on their idea of how the day they all met, assuming a week, a few days before, or the day of the launch. One thing of note is that everyone assumes Lundström to be male. Only Hera and Hilbert knew of them not being male because of having access to their medical records, but Lundström does little to correct everyone, so nothing comes of it till later in the mission.
They first met Minkowski in a mission briefing a week before launch, them being the only two in attendance. First impressions between them where decent as Lundström made it clear they planned to work hard on the mission. The two established they both took the mission seriously. Minkowski, of course, believing more so than Lundström. while assuming Eiffel and Hilbert did not attend this briefing. Hilbert already having been on multiple space expeditions, knowing the parameters of the job and Eiffel wanting to enjoy some moments of freedom before going into space.
Meeting Hilbert and Eiffel on the day of launch. With Hilbert it was a very short and uneventful meeting, Lundström found him eccentric and off-putting when they discussed his studies behind radiation and soap [which Lundström found as a weird correlation but they assumed a doctor would know what he was doing] Lundström having to give him radiation reports on the star for his studies and that was all he needed to know before going back to minding his own business. Eiffel was one of the more eventful introductions. I've seen an interesting post discussing how, when sneaking on contraband, he was most likely very obvious with it. Outlines of cigarettes through his uniform and holding magazines to his chest under his suit. Keeping this in mind, I imagine their first time with Eiffel they caught him in the hallway, having dropped magazines and cigarettes out of his suit. The two would stand in awkward silence in the hall, and just before Eiffel started with some lie, they would interrupt him and go, "Need some help?". Eiffel, confused about what they ment before they show him, they also are sneaking on magazines and other personal items on their person [as a decent chunk of the limited space they could use to bring items with them was used up by cassettes.] They would help Eiffel out despite knowing he was bringing on contraband.
Meeting Hera at last, she was one of the better first impressions. On their first day, they were settling in their room when meeting hera. They asked her what she would like to be called, knowing that with their experience, it's best to ask rather than assume what someone would prefer to be called. In relation to how Minkowski first refers to Hera by her given mother program number, Hera having to correct her, Hilbert most likely ignoring her more often than not and Eiffel being scared of Hera for the first few weeks. Lundström was the first one who introduced themself and truly asked what she would like to be called instead of having to tell others. Throughout the series the topic of Hera's autonomy comes up and by having a moment where someone asks her what she prefers allows another moment to show how the crewmembers view her as human compared to other characters like pryce and hilbert as a machine
These first impressions set up character relationships throughout the first year on the Hephaestus mission, of course growing over time as they get to know eachother and have minor conflicts before the main traumas of the mission begins in season 2
