WHY can't anyone in his damn team grab his phone and make him stop posting stuff on that app?? For all we know he's posting "lore" that he made up when he was taking a shit. He's constantly retconning things that HE already established before.

ALSO BROOO what is with the obvious Heihachi favoritism... this mf really kept the Hachijo baby and waited for her to grow up so he could have another child? Is Harada aware of the shit he's implying with this "lore" drop? Does he know that this (besides many other reasons we already know) makes Heihachi a very fucked up and evil person. He has been evil, Harada, let's not downplay that.

I believe I've pointed this out before, but like Harada comes up with all this never before heard lore, and they could've EASILY put them in the games. You know ... the CHARACTER ENDINGS? I mention the Alisa example so often. Harada says her processing chip or whatever is deteriorating and it may not be replaceable (heavily implying that Alisa may be DYING??) and instead of using her character ending as an opportunity to show this, and maybe set up a plot for the next game, she just ... has another joke ending.

What I really don't understand is why every Tekken ending has to be a goof now. Why characters aren't allowed to have individual stories outside the main one. I mean, with all this lore Harada apparently has, they could easily bring back the serious endings that many of the characters had in TK1 - TK4. Like most of the TK7 and TK8 endings could've been spent on making serious endings that actually give us lore instead of comic relief shit that goes nowhere.

And you're right. Harada as recently said that the whole story of Jinpachi being possessed by an evil spirit was a story the crew had thought of since the 90s, and he vows it was NEVER meant to be the devil gene Jinpachi had. But I call BS. I feel Jinpachi absolutely WAS intended to have the devil gene, that it was more reason why Heihachi resented him + his family. Because even though some ppl may like Demon Slayer Heihachi, lbr, that wasn't the original lore. I feel like the original lore was supposed to be that all the Mishimas (Jinpachi, Kazuya, Jin) had the devil gene but, for some reason, it skipped Heihachi and that pisses Heihachi off, seeing how much he yearns for Ultimate Power.

Jinpachi not having the devil gene was retconned when they decided to make Kazumi the devil gene bearer instead. Which tbh, I don't entirely mind. It was nice seeing a devil lady. But it's still funny how Harada refuses to admit that it's a retcon. Especially when the game retcons shit left and right, the game will retcon stuff that literally happened last game. IT'LL RETCON STUFF THAT HAPPENS IN THE CURRENT GAME. It's so blatant, and I don't know why Harada continues to pretend that everything they do was "totes planned from the beginning and not a retcon y'all!11!!11!"

A mutual o'mine replied to my post wondering if that's what Harada was implying. Which I REALLY hope not 'cos that would be, uhhh, Child Grooming to The Max. Which would make Heihachi 500% more evil. But other ppl think that maybe the baby is a totally different character with no relation to Reina or the Hachijo clan. Since there's going to be a BRAND NEW character in this season, which now some ppl are thinking it'll be the apparent "baby" all grown up.

Harada, unfortunately, is now implying there are more clans that carry the devil gene, not just the Hachijos. And it's possible that Reina is not even related to the Hachijos at all, but instead another clan with the devil gene. And I'm not gonna lie, but that is...

I mean, Heihachi has been DESPERATELY hunting down both Jin & Kazuya in Tekken 4 because he wanted their devil gene. If there are MULTIPLE LINEAGES WITH THE DEVIL GENE, HEIHACHI EVEN KNOWING SOME, WHY WOULD HE CONSTANTLY BE AFTER JIN & KAZUYA?????

Sorry, but it's very obvious in the original game, Jin & Kazuya were the only devil gene carriers. So, uhhh... more retcons! Retcons that really hurt the consistency of the lore! lmao!
