AITA for kidnapping an acquaintance?

I (24 Agender) am enrolled in a university as an economics major and have come to know a fellow student (26 M) after I broke into the medical department. However, after an unplanned predicament, he has not only repeatedly messaged me despite me blocking him, but he has also harassed me in person mocking me for how I was unable to get into the medical department of our university.

My shortcomings are quite the trigger for me (as the more sensitive say), and being pressured into a field I do not want to be in due to my parents and being reminded of that is quite aggravating.

I believe I’m the “asshole” because his jests were meant to be taken in the lighthearted manner, and that I’m simply just sensitive for taking it to this level of extremes. I’ve known him to not take anything seriously in my many (unfortunate) encounters with him.

Kidnapping is a federal crime after all, but I recently found out that he’s a serial killer, (I’m no better, I’m also a serial killer. How else did you think I manage to kidnap him after all?) so I assume that makes us even.

I (26M) am enrolled in university and I'm a medical major to be a general surgeon. My friend (24 Agender) is in economics, but they mention a lot/show that they are far more interested in having a medical major like I do.
