. Oh idea for RR and evil denko's true goals

They despise multiversal differences and are working to make every universe mirrors of each other, of course with them having taken over.

Of course, they themselves are breaking that rule by enlisting other anomalies, but evil teams in general have a "rules for thee but not for me" mentality so it's in character I think

Anyways this spawned from the idea of RR trying to figure out how to turn pokemon into humans except very much not to help reluctant eebies like gen but instead populate pmd worlds with humans
