Achievements: not sure what achievement from 12-Jan (last blog) till today. Release from Insurance Suspension...CPD hours added 8 (about 16 e-learning module). Quoted a Hong for children education fund. Doing prospecting via Whatsapp group.

Feeling: wasteful, I month almost gone! Lack of focus. Dissapointed: 1.8juta trf to my brother to redeem his handphone....within 3 days, the HP gone again...I think he gambled away. Angry: till today, I see he still thinks that Gambling can help him solve this financial problems. Happy: that his girl friend found a new partner...so now she is an Ex. I think my brother should really be "punished" till he learns to be wiser, till he totally understand...he cannot gamble anymore.

Wisdom: need to make sure we go in with a LONG position and always be in the market...like what happened the past 1 week...sold Oil at the bottom...and it went down a bit further...forget to buyback tough that was the intention (due to taking care the kids)...and then super strong rebound...from US$27 to US34...all happend withn just a few days...

Wastage: maybe too much chatting on WA group!

A man (age 42) wants to leave an asset of at least SGD 500k to each of his two children, starting from today..no matter what happens to him from that moment onward (e.g. if he dies tomorrow, his kids will still immediately each gets SGD 500K). Does he need to mark (set aside) S$1million of his monies and put it in the bank? No, there is a smarter way to do it: Buy 2 insurance policies @ about S$170k each! in Total he will need only about S$340k to achieve his goal...and now he can use the remaining S$660k for his business venture and whatever other things he likes. Smarter?

Achievements: - aaahh...maybe this one: started my run, 1km only. that's also run, walk run..hahaha.that should be last Fri morning and has since stopped again. - took 1/2 day last Friday to fetch my son from school and take care of him as he was sick...fever, cough, vomitted twice and runny nose. His younger sister also got the same bug. Spend the whole Sat morning...till 14.00 @ polyclinic. - reduce insurance premium by cancelling some. Old premium S$180, new premium S$61. Well a saving of S$1400/year --> can pay towards my $1 million coverage premium

Feeling: Worry...the oil keeps falling...now reaching US$30 level. And also some bills are going to due soon while portfolio has shrunk quite a lot.

Wisdom: - also put a cut-loss...like Freeport McMoran...cut loss @5.31 and it actually dropped to $4.31. that's USD 1000, for 1000 shares! Big! - When we market is going againts us...stay out...stay in cash...and come back later!

Wastage: - Watched The Last AirBinder...then Super 8 on NetFlix - overall the past 3 days feel like a lot of wastage..did not produce much things..not even taking care of my bills, letters, etc.

Achievements: - decided that yesterday was the point to help my bro again, after he came back from his Aceh trip without any results. I hope this time round he really appreciate my help by not repeating the same mistake again - today, decided to take half day leave after Yang lao tse called me to tell me that my son has vomitted twice and starting to get fever. But he still looked ok and can play at that point. I did not make make it a rush but when I reached the child-care, his condition was not great...pale and wanted to vomit. My decision proof to be right, because not only he needs my care, my daughter also got a fever of about 38.5-39C. Tough she has been getting fever from morning, I gave paracetamol 5ml only at about 16.30 when it reached about 39C. She looks still very energetic until now. Hope both of them will be fit again soon. They may have gotten the bacteria/virus from mom, who just got a short flu episode. - This morning woke up at 4.30am and from 5am to 5.30am jogging. The 1st exercise in 2016.

Feeling: Hopeful that my brother will really change.

Wisdom: - when fears started to come...never be out on the short position.

Wastage: Shoud have earned extra SGD 1000, if I stayed on my short DAX position, when DAX tumbled from 10781 to 9815 in 2-3 days. mainly because China devaluation of yuan and oil price tumbling down to USD 32

Feeling: - Worry. Daughter is getting a bit of flu but most worrying is about my bro..I am not sure if I've been too hard on him. Though I acted very hard on him...I really pray to God that He forgive his sins and continue to guide and bless him. Let my bro realize truly his mistakes and help him to successfully control his mind.

Wisdom: - Always control your feeling...when the market is in the opposite direction, pause and monitor. Do NOT be carried away and chase it or against it. - to connect to that machine, when 186A is down, use the VLSRV189

Feeling - Unproductive. Spend quite a bit of time trying again to give advises to my bro. Worry - mom is getting sore throat and maybe fever
