Just made my own version of the pink drink for 46 cals hehe
-1 cup almond milk (30)
-¼ cup raspberries (16)
-stevia packet
Mash the raspberries and stevia packet together in a cup. Add the almond milk and stir until it turns a pink color. That’s it (:
It honestly tastes really good ahaha
Btw I know this literally is nothing like the Starbucks one but idgaf so enjoy bitches love y’all

Burning Cals🔥
I thought it might be helpful for me to make a list of some everyday activities that burn a (somewhat) significant amount. Things that I tend to include in my calorie counting.
• 15 minute shower - 62 cals
• 15 minute walk - 36 cals
• 135 squats - 150 cals
• 200 pushups - 180 cals
• Masturbating (females) - 30
• Masturbating (males) - 20
• Sleeping - 0.42 x [weight in lbs] = amount for one hour
• Chewing gum for 1 hour - 10 cals
• Vacuuming - 119 cals
• 2 min brushing teeth - 5.7 cals
• 30 min folding clothes - 72 cals
These are just the ones I can think of at the moment. Hope they’re helpful!!

That side of depression
Why do people never talk about the part of depression when you just don’t want anything anymore? Everybody talks about when it hurts like hell, when you cry, when you cut, when you take drugs, when you break down. But no one ever talks about when you just lay down in your room, with a hole inside of you that you don’t know how to fill, and you don’t want to do anything even the things you usually like. So you just spend your day kinda waiting for it to end. And it’s horrible because you feel empty and guilty for that at the same time.

I see a lot of people talking about supersize vs. superskinny or my 600 lb life as motivational shows to watch, but have you ever seen fat families. Like they have the whole package.
A journey with ups and downs but also before and afters
The damn close ups of their bodies (not trying to shame these people, but it’s super motivational to me)
The videos of them eating with these little cameras on their forks I suppose.
But most Importantly the way he talks (massive fatties and everything) like he doesn’t give a shit
