You got to get into her head first, it’s obviously not the first thing you can do, it takes a certain amount of brain fuckery. Once you got her mind nice and soft you can begin to gradually reduce her panty time 🥰💕

Start out with pull-ups by night and move up to pull-ups at home with diapers by night, once she got used to them. Eventually you can decrease her panty time even further with pull-ups outside and diapers at home and at night. It’s crucial to introduce changes in the smallest increments possible, that way she won’t even notice how low she’s actually going and it’s gonna be easier for her to accept it. Additionally it’s also important not to mock her too much in the beginning, since being diapered and asking to get changed will already be enough to put her in her place.
