I was browsing through my Facebook feeds when one post got my full attention. The post happened to be a hate post against people working in the call center industry and how they are not equipped enough to find a more suitable job that is connected to their degree prompting them to just stay and work in the call center despite everything.

To be honest, the post shocked me and I was about to start a fit and reply to the poster to lambast him for his opinion but I stopped on my track and decided to be a better person by educating the people of how important a customer service job is and why it is considered as one of the hardest job in the world.
