“Health comes first when you understand your own self.”
I’m Rich Kimberly Descalsota but I just prefer “Rich”, 18 years of pretty living haha, an academic enthusiast, a blooming reader, and just a random person. Oh, wait, I also love watching short video clips about yeah, random things.

Okay so, now after introducing myself, I have to answer the question “What do I do to enhance and maintain my beauty and good health?”
To maintain my healthy body, I just sit and binge watch and read. Oh no, I couldn’t be that physically fit person, because I think exercising is not my thing. I feel so sorry about myself. Kidding aside, my way of exercising is mainly WALKING. I absolutely love walking! In fact, walking comes to calm and relax me from being baffled. As I walk, I see the beauty of surroundings and life evident in nature.

Through walking, uneasy thoughts fade away and that serenity encompasses my whole body.

In addition, I also practice TAEKWONDO before the pandemic starts.
For the irresistible part, EATING! I’m fond of foods and they’re fond of me! They always come to the smallest hole of my brain until fully occupying it, then, there it goes, I have to eat! But, I’m also reminding myself to just eat in balance. To not abuse my body to the point of indexing into the feature of unhealthiness. I remind myself that I should just eat the right amount of food. With that, I still have a normal body weight despite multiple cravings.

I love to eat… oops, I love to eat in just the right amounts!
Being Physically Fit is just a contributing factor for you to be healthy; but, one of the most important is your Mental Health. Mental health should be prioritized the same way as physical health.
Every time I read, I’m enchanted by the surreal world of characters. They bring me to wonderland and fairy tales, then, how I wish there’s a place like that. The detail in every place is achingly fascinating to the point of I just want to bubble out in this world and be there. Books are not just books. It made me who I am and even discerned how to see the world as both gorgeous and tragic; unknown and known. Such contradicting terms, but that’s how it is.

A blooming reader and just by the start, I immediately loved reading more and more.
There’s a high probability that you could relate to this one: Social Relationship.
How amazing it is to be loved by your loved ones? It feels more than enough. They’re loving you and you’re loving them; the same feeling was equally reciprocated and valued. This loving relationship is your home. The thing that you would be sick if it was gone. You couldn’t live without love! I couldn’t live without love! I find solace and greatest comfort in the people I’m with. We together celebrate winning and we’ll hug each other in difficulties and uncertainties.
These are my people:

I love them so much! I couldn’t be as mentally stable as I am if it weren't for them. They’re such an embodiment of a bear that I would hug and protect me for whatever goes. I admit to myself that they’re my weakness and at the same time my source of strength.
IN HIGHLIGHTS, MY BELIEF IN GOD! HE’S THE NEVER-FADING CAMARADERIE AND GREATER ABOVE ALL THINGS! NO WORDS COULD EQUALLY DESCRIBE HIS GREATNESS! HE’S MORE THAN WHAT HUMANS COULD DISCERN.
Clearly, how I cultivate good health: by combining physical and social factors. Plus, my faith in the Almighty One! Generally, I've known myself, and thus, I'm able to do what I love and keep my relationship pact.
