yall really need to learn the different between a macaroon and a macaron.

A macaroon (on the left) is a jewish cookie made of toasted coconut sometimes dipped in chocolate. It’s Good shit & great at parties. Kinda chewy kinda crunchy. Super worth learning how to make if ur into baking

A macaron (on right) is a french sandwich-style cookie made with almond flour and egg whites to get a very specific texture. The flavor of cookie and the filling can be pretty much anything sweet tbh it’s up to the baker. These are expensive cookies, I’ve seen folks charge $3 per cookie before. Incredibly difficult to make lmao
