Working across time zones, breaking cultural barriers in our team, it was quite a journey to reach this stage, but well worth it. This video is not gonna be a technological masterpiece but it was made with the best use of available tools.

And for the Finale. Let us introduce you to Petsy App. Petsy is designed for people to subtly tackle the stigma behind mental health and help them deal with anxiety in an immersive activity based experience. 
This is future of digital transformation for Healthcare. The next generation of mental health apps won't look like traditional treatments, instead they will be designed for an immersive and engaging experience. 
With this app we have used concepts of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which has been proven to be effective, in a way which is not ‘boring’.
How it Works : 
- The app is experience and activity based app where users take care of their virtual pets and help them grow.
- It starts with measuring the levels of anxiety of the user . The questions asked are a part of a widely used clinical psychology study which has been used to evaluate anxiety score among people by doctors for several years now.
- Users can choose their pet and the process is divided into different stages. The level of anxiety calculated from the above technique defines the type and number of challenges in each stage.
- The challenges are designed to club various physical activities which affect all 5 senses namely Touch, Smell, Taste, Hear, and See.
- As the challenges are competed the pet in the app grows giving positive affirmation to the user and motivating them for the next level.
- As the challenges affect all senses, it helps alleviate anxiety levels in the user
Benefits : 
- The app fights the problem of social stigma related to mental health needs as the user experience is not like a traditional treatment. 
- Unlike a traditional treatment, the challenges are designed to be fun and engaging
- People can further experience positive emotions through caring for a virtual pet
Limitations : 
- The measurement of anxiety is based on external research and validation which needs to verified for this platform
- The app currently focusses on one mental health problem. Further investigation into techniques and measurement tools is required to increase the scope and reach of the app.

It’s interesting to see the relation between anxiety, cognition and behaviour. This is going to be the key factor behind our design concept. Further research  helped us understand that this same loop can be used for both measuring as well as reducing anxiety!!
