we did it. short drive up as far into back roads as we can, a short walk from there. kinzoku, her boyfriend (milo apparently. nice guy, they're cute together) and i. i wore my mask so as not to freak milo out. kinzoku says that's unnecessary, which is probably true, but i also like talking to people and having them only feel normal pity. not the pity where they also try not to look at you. and only three people ever looked at me like that after seeing my face, and they're my surrogate family so they don't count.

(one other person, but he isn't taking me back, ever, so.)

we went up. things were normal until we got to the woods. then kinzoku freaked out. she started crying and screaming and we managed to get her back to the car and she calmed down. she said she saw someone there. near her, reaching into her. she said he's burrowed into her. she said a lot of things, i think she had a panic attack.

she's with her boyfriend, sleeping at his house. he promised to not let her out of his sight, stop her if she sleepwalks, etc. im going to check the place out myself tomorrow. figure out what the fuck is going on. okay.

yo. my sister, kinzoku, and her boyfriend, are going up to the hillside motel, or where it used to be, to scope shit out. she's been sleepwalking up there, and he found her, apparently.

there's a little info about it from a blog I enjoy. most of it is burned down, but not all of it. the satanic misanthropic order of the bloody knuckled fist used to hang out around there. im a little worried that somebody might be up there, potentially hurting kinzoku, especially with the nightmares she's been having

also i want to meet her boyfriend and make sure he's nice.

currently im primarily trying to find information on the film America in Guts (2008). im also interested in rumors of satanic cults around my area in the 80s and 90s.

imma also talk about my family a bit. not the assholes who raised me idgaf abt them. im living with a couple badass ladies named tummler and maggie who took me in after i flunked out of western. and their daughter kinzoku is fucking incredible, shes like my sister. she helps out a lot with my hunting and might write a little on this blog. yea. thats it.

ballet shoe fuck was a now defunct black metal project that was active in Stanwood between 2005-2011. my surrogate mom Tummler Hawkins was the main vocalist, and a woman named Solomon Doyle played guitar and drums. they wrote the original soundtrack to America in Guts, and it is only available via physical media, as with all their releases. Tummler says

"Okay fuck, yeah, ballet shoe fuck was great. writing the soundtrack was great. We only stopped because I had to write my book and shit. I wanted to start it back up, but then Solomon ODed. It felt wrong to do it without her. I loved her, y'know? She was actually hardcore Catholic, I thought it was weird how enthusiastic she was about the Satanic shit. But she told me later that she was inserting subliminal Christian messaging into our music. I thought that was funny. It's really sad to see a young trans woman die like that. Shit makes me wanna do better by Kinzoku then Sol's mom did by her, I guess. Fuck, I'm being a downer, I should've just said some spooky shit about the show."

America in Guts: THE MESSAGE

there are a lot of rumors about the film America in Guts. it was, by most accounts, a kind of black comedy arthouse film about satanists in western washington. most was filmed in Stanwood, where i live. the film mixed animation and live action footage and was filmed by M. Wong. my surrogate mom, Tummler, who was in the film in a small role, identifies M. Wong as Michael Wong, her ex-husband, but says he didn't make the movie, it was a friend of his. using his name as a pseudonym.

however. the important and interesting thing about the film is that it is almost entirely lost. online, there are three things relating to it that can be found. still shots from the movie, fragments of script, and rumors. here's a still shot.

this would be fairly unremarkable if not for the existence of another, doctored version of the image

the interesting thing about this is that, while both versions of the image can be traced back to threads on something awful, the doctored version is actually the earliest version that can be found on the internet. a lot of creepypasta type stories surrounding the film exist online. this was likely a failed attempt to start one. it's still interesting though!
