One of my all time favorite viennoiserie in Paris (that is not easy to find) is the “Bostock” so when I came across this bostock at @karamel_paris_officiel headed by chef @nicolashaelewyn I hade to try it. Made with a soft brioche soaked in almond and orange blossom syrup, topped with almond cream, fresh almonds and soft karamel.
