OC friendly...really?
Reblog if you’re OC friendly.
Not ‘ i say i’m OC friendly but don’t even glance at OC’s ‘
Not ‘ yeah but they have to have 3 about pages 5 graphics and sacrifice 6 virgins ‘
Not ‘ make an OC read all my pages and not look at theirs ‘
Not ‘ i file ALL OC’s into the godmodding horrible type and only rp with OC’s whose muns are my friends. ‘
i’m not saying you can’t be picky, on my canon blogs i’m picky too, just…reblog if you actually talk to OC’s and look at them before stereotyping them.

Brows furrowed for a second; confusion lightly marring otherwise neutral features. Sweet? She had been completely decimated; never even getting one proper counter-attack before her life points had been returned to zero.
She passively accepted the attack of the monster, pride leaving her as shame began to replace it; but no, she could not lash out. Conflicting to her previous thought and feeling, it was commendable in a way, that he managed to so quickly overpower her.
Now she would have to rework her tactics; she would have to make sure that those who used fusions could never access them in the first place…
“You are a confusing person, Jaden.”
On her heel, she spun away, leaving just those words behind as she left the area. She had many things to do now.
“Well, you gotta keep ‘em guessin’.... I guess.” Jaden replied, a grin on his face, as he was sure he’d managed to make a friend out of Iota. But then she turned around.

“Woah! Wait up! Don’t ya wanna hang out? Sy’ and I were gonna go get some new cards at the card shop, see if we can luck into somethin’ real’ sweet!!” Taking a few steps to follow the blonde girl.

While others would instinctively raise their arms to try and protect themselves from the holograms’ attacks, she was aware that they could not physically hurt her; the shapes hitting against her still frame.
Ah. So this was what simply power was.
A mere 1000 life points left. A pittance, a candle in the wind. Yes, certainly after this, she would have to rework her strategies and tactics. It was clear that he must have seen through her bluff.
“This shall be my final turn; I draw.”
Yes, even with the card she just drew, this would be her last turn in this beat-down. How disappointed her family would be with her if they had seen this pathetic display.
It was time for her head to be taken. That was all there was to the matter.
“I shall set one card and end my turn. Now come, take my head.”
Though her heart told her to keep fighting, her head knew better. Even if she were to summon Vajra it would only stop one attack, and it was not as if her only had one monster.
Her arms now rested at her sides, a sign that she had fully accepted the inevitable results.
Drawing his card, Jaden declared, “Alright Dark Law! Time to finish this! Dark Rider Claw!!” To which the monster dashed forwards, sinking his claws into the blonde girl, and ending the duel.
As the holograms disappeared, the slifer struck his signature pose.
“Gotcha! And that’s game!! It was a sweet duel!” Still smiling, always a good sport about his duel monsters matches.

There was silence, both verbally and mentally as she watched her work turn into nothing. Her monsters attack points dropping by 300 points because of ACID’s effect. Not only had she made her plan amount to nothing, but she put herself in a worse situation.
A truly spectacular error on her half. Truly. Only a weakened Beagalltach on her field and one card in her hand - this turned out to be a disaster.
But she would not let this phase her. There was still no reaction when three of her four monsters were crushed before her eyes. Shattered as if they were little more than tissue paper in the face of it all.
She was a heavy disadvantage here, but she would not allow this to cause a rise out of her; she was better than that. She would, however, say something.
“You have done better than I expected from you; considering whom you tied with.”
It almost seemed like a compliment, but it really was just her stating facts as they were. Iota knew where this would end now, but it would bring her shame to give up. She would not surrender; that would be worse than any defeat.
She had to see this to the end.
“It is my turn. I draw.”
This card would not help her now. It was not a quick-play, so even if she set used it after placing her other monster - it would not be summoned due to it being her own turn.
However, Jaden did not know that. Perhaps she could bluff him? He already knew how her Artifacts mainly operated, but…
Would over thinking it be too much now? She had already consigned herself to her face. That there was nothing she could do; the end was here and she had not done a single bit of damage to him.
“I set two cards in my spell and trap zone, and I end my turn.”
“Sweet! Time to kick it up!”
Drawing his card, Jaden immediately moved the turn onto his battle phase. “Now! Masked HERO Dian!! Clear out Iota’s last monster!” To which the hero dashed in, swinging his blade, using it to cleave the artifact in twain. “And now for a repeat of his super power, so I’ll special summon Masked HERO Shadow Mist from my deck!!” To which his dark monster appeared on the field from the shards of the defeated creature.
“And with Shadow Mist’s effect, I’ll add a Mask Change II to my hand from the deck!” Bringing the card to his hand. “And now, guys! Blow her up!” His Masked HERO Acid and Shadow Mist both attacking Iota directly for 3600 damage, with some matter of green and black vortex colliding against Iota.
“And to follow it up, I’ll use Mask Change II, which basically does the same thing as Mask Change, I just gotta discard a card from my hand to use it!”
With this, Jaden revealed the card, and discarded one of the monsters in his hand. “To change Masked HERO Dark Conjurer into......” While Jaden trailed off, the mysterious hood of the monster blew back to reveal a vaguely hound-like visage, only to blow off the rest of Conjurer’s robe to reveal another dark kamen rider-style creature, with a wolf-motif to his design, featuring some Batman-like accents. “Masked HERO Dark Law!”
The moment the monster appeared, it flew forwards, claws bared, as Jaden declared, “Now attack! Shadow Claw Ride!!” As Dark Law flew forwards, it swiped his claws through Iota, before returning to Jaden’s side. “And it’s your move!”

“At this time I activate my face down card - Artifact Sanctum.”
With not much applause, the trap flips face up, showing on its art all the potential Artifacts she could summon. However, there was one in particular she needed. One that could remove that wall in front of her.
“I special summon Artifact Moralltach from my deck -” and like the others, a spectral blue figure appeared, wielding a massive blade lined with blue stripes. “-and in this instance; I activate its effect.”
“When Morralltach is special summoned during your phase, I can pick one card on the field and destroy it. I choose to destroy that Masked Hero Acid of yours.”
In a flash, the hologram displayed the sword wielding specter slashing the masked hero down and then returning to its place on her side of the field.
As the hero reflexively flinched at his monster’s generated shockwave, Jaden grimaced through it, peeking through an arm, still smiling.
“Alright then, I still get to summon Masked HERO Shadow Mist!!” When his card met the disk, darkness suddenly ensnared the dueling field, including some of the students who had noticed the match and begun to congregate, before the outline of a suit of armor could be seen by the duelists and spectators. After the armor became apparent, the shadow began to rush back into the armor, eventually taking on a humanoid form, appearing as a woman with pale skin and blue hair within a suit of obsidian armor.
Once the monster took her place on the field, Jaden then declared, “Don’t worry about Acid, though, he won’t stay in the graveyard for long, I activate the Fusion Substitution that I discarded earlier! When I exclude it from the game, I get to target a fusion monster in my graveyard, and return it to my fusion deck, and you can bet it’s gonna be my Masked HERO Acid.”
Taking his fusion card out of the graveyard and returning it to where he stored his fusions, Jaden then also slide his fusion substitution back into his belt’s deck box. “But that’s not all! Fusion Substitute, after I activate this effect, also lets me draw another card for my hand!”
After drawing his card, Jaden then revealed a spell card in his hand, “But I’m not done with the graveyard yet! I activate Mask Charge! This spell card lets me return a “Change” spell card, and a HERO monster, from my graveyard to my hand!”
Retrieving the two cards that were fed from his graveyard slot on his duel disk, the slifer promptly returned the pair to his hand. “And right after, I’ll normal summon Masked HERO Foaming Fighter!” The monster promptly returning to the position he had once taken on the field.
“And what’s comin’ up should be pretty familiar! I activate Mask Change! Targeting Foaming Fighter, making him Masked HERO Acid again!” The transformation repeated itself, until Masked HERO Acid appeared on the field once more, promptly firing a beam of pink liquid on the one set card Iota had. “I imagine you remember what he does when coming onto the field, so I won’t bore ya’ with details!”
“But that’s now done! I activate another Mask Change to transform Shadow Mist now! Come ooonnnn out Masked HERO Anki!!!” the spell card began to channel the mask change transformation again, though instead of the blinding light from before, Shadow Mist projected a practically strangling darkness. After the transformation completed, though, a dark kamen rider stood in its place, featuring many sharp plates, a horn, and demonic appearance as it stood before the other side. “And since Shadow Mist went to the graveyard, one of her super powers activates! I get to now search for a HERO monster from my deck, and add it to my hand, so I’ll go with Masked HERO Blazeman!” Pulling the card from his deck.
Smiling with confidence, Jaden then declared, “Now for my battle phase! Masked HERO Anki! Go get her Mortyll.... Moraillt..... Her blue one!!” To which the dark rider flew in, leading in with a mighty kick that shattered Moralltach’s sword swiftly, inflicting 1000 points of damage. “And when he destroys a monster, and sends them to the graveyard, one of Masked Hero Anki’s super powers triggers! Now I get to search a “Change” spell card directly from my deck, and add it to my hand!!”
Revealing a Change Form spell card in his hand, before swinging his arm forward, “And now Acid! Destroy the one on the left! Melting Molotov!” To which Acid promptly aimed his pistol, and sniped the monster in the head, prompting the hologram to disperse violently.
“Normally, my battle phase’d be over here, but I activate the quick-play spell in my hand, Change Form! This lets me change one of my Masked Hero fusions into another one of the same level!” As Anki’s mask began to glow, Jaden declared, “I’ll be changing Masked HERO Anki out for Masked HERO Dian!” The Masked Hero’s entire body began to change until it resembled a glittering knight, with a sword that seemed to be made from the same rock-like material as his armor, featuring a billowing blue cape.
Pointing at Achillishield, Jaden then declared, “And now, Dian! Get the purple one with your Unbreakable Barrage!” To which the swordsman darted in, spinning, and swinging his blade to strike the artifact’s shield head-on, causing a shatter.
“And now Dian’s effect lets me special summon a level 4 or lower HERO monster from my deck, straight to the field, so I’ll bring out Foaming Fighter in defense mode!” As Fighter appeared on the field, Jaden then took back his neutral posture, and declared, “With that, my turn’s over.”

Huh? Why was he getting so excited about the appearance of all these monsters on her field? Would this be a problem for him? Yes, it was true that his Fusion monster had more attack points than her Artifacts, but still…
“My turn. I draw.”
Yes, this was a good card - this would enable her to get rid of that wall in front of her; next turn - only due to the nature of her draw. There was still something she could do to stall.
Again, two cards went into the spell and trap zone with no flair at all.
“I set two cards, and end my turn.”
“My draw!” Jaden decalred, sliding the card off of his deck’s top.
Looking at the card, the second year smirked, “Sweet! I activate Dark Conjurer’s effect a second time! Discarding Reinforcement of The Army from my hand to special summon a monster from my deck!”

Silently, she watched the combination unfold. It was fairly impressive to pull such a change in speed like this; but still, he destroyed her spell cards. Only one of those would be a loss to her.
Still, this was time to activate three of her cards. As soon as the holographic ate the cards away, it was time to bring out her own monster. After such a time of being mostly silent, she now spoke in length.
“At this time, I activate the effects of Artifact Achilleshield, Artifact Vajra, and Artifact Beagalltach. When these cards that were set in my spell and trap zone are destroyed on your turn by an effect, I can summon them to my field.”
As the cards were placed in the monster zone, three figures appeared with the magic of holograms. The first was a purple specter holding a golden shield laden with purple lines. The next was a red specter wielding a great sword with matching red lines. The last, a blue specter wielding the weapon that was its name - a vajra.
It would be quite a surprise to see monster that had once been treated as a spell card be summoned like that, would it not? It would raise suspicion of what her other set spells would would be, right?
“Artifact Achilleshield’s effect now activates. This turn, you cannot target my Artifacts for attacks.”
The other cards’ effects were worthless, since all the cards in her spell and trap zone had already been destroyed. Still, should she get the card she needed next turn, then this would be a good means of achieving honor.
The law of transitive property dictated that if she defeated him, it would have been the same as at least tying with Zane, correct?
“WOW!! THAT’S TOTALLY AWESOME!!”

An excited grin crept across Jaden’s face as he saw the three powerful monsters appear from the ashes of destruction. Boy did he wish he had monsters that were tricky like that! “And they all look so cool too!!!”
“Buuuuut,” the slifer then declared, returning to a more even-headed posture, “since I can’t attack or anythin’, my turn’s over. ‘S your move!”

Right off the bat, she did not trust that card he set. It would be a mild waste of this card in her hand, but she still had another means of stalling until her next turn anyways. There was a threat, and it was imminent.
“My turn, I draw.”
It was another card she had already set before; and one she should keep in her hand for the future. Instead, it was time for something else. Sure, she could use this one a different card, but if that was something to disrupt her summons…
“From my hand, I activate Mystical Space Typhoon. I select the only card you have on your field.”
The holograms came to life, a sudden gust of heavy wind blowing away the card revealed to be a Raigeki. Yes, that was good. If she had used it on her own cards, that spell would have been a big hindrance.
“I now end my turn.”
As the card was destroyed, a shockwave blew in Jaden’s direction, blasting his hair back from his face, prompting the slifer to hold up an arm reflexively as hologram shards flew his way.
“Tch, ‘s fine, I’ll draw!” At least Jaden got rid of that, even though he would have liked having Raigeki, it was usually better to run someone out of their cards, rather than let them hold onto them until THEY needed the card.
When he saw the card, the teen smiled, and cried out, “Sweet! First thing’s first, I normal summon Masked HERO Dark Conjurer!!”
After placing down the card onto his disk, a robed figure appeared, levitating in the air as it appeared on the field, only a single red iris visible of what the hood hid. “First thing that happens, is when Dark Conjurer’s normal summoned his battle position gets all changed up to defense mode! Which’s great since it’s about twice as big as his attack points!” While he declared this, the monster’s stance shifted to a more guarded one, going along with what the HERO user declared.
“And now it’s time to use Masked HERO Dark Conjurer’s Super Power! By discarding a spell card from my hand, I get to summon a level 4 monster straight to my field!” Showing a Fusion Substitution in his hand, Jaden discarded, before searching his deck, and withdrawing another HERO card. “Come on out! Masked HERO Foaming Fighter!!”
As he declared the name, a large patch of seafoam appeared on the field, before a figure rose from it, eventually taking shape into a vaguely kamen-rider like warrior, tinged a dark blue in its armor, with a somewhat insect-like helmet.
“The only catch is, he can’t attack the turn he’s summoned, when Dark Conjurer brings him out, but that’s just fine! We just gotta go for a change ‘a wardrobe, ACTIVATE MASK CHANGE!!”
The spell card entered Jaden’s duel disk, and suddenly, the mask portion of Foaming Fighter began to glow. “When I play this spell card, my Masked Heroes get to change their masks, making them even stronger! I get to fusion summon any Masked HERO from my extra deck with a matching attribute, water in this case. So COME ON OUT, MASKED HERO ACID!!”
Once the glowing reached a pitch, the monster’s entire body began to glow in a similar manner, before the light reached a practically blinding crescendo. Once it died down, a taller, larger, kamen rider stood in Foaming Fighter’s place. While the appearance was somewhat similar, the armor seemed to have more sturdy plating, the head was smaller, and now it came equipped with some manner of pistol similar to a child’s water-shooter.
“And when Acid hits the field, his special effect activates!” While Jaden provided exposition, Acid seemed to be readying its pistol to fire, “He gets to destroy every spell and trap card on my opponent’s side of the field, when special summoned!” To which, he rapidly fired four jets of pink goo, landing on the card’s back, “Erosion Corrosion!!” As each card was covered in the gun’s ammo, smoke began to rise, as the cards themselves seemed to grow smaller from the acid’s consuming them.

“My turn then. I draw.”
He sounded like he knew just what one of the cards she had set was. If he was not bluffing, that would certainly be unfortunate. However, she could not be hasty. Iota looked at card she drew, contemplating it for a moment.
Yes, this would be an even better distruptor to his tactics should they crop up. She placed the card into its place in the spell and trap zone. No flourish, again; one might say that she was doing little more than going through the motions.
“I set one card, and end my turn.”
Yes, this might be a slower duel, but that was fine.
“Alright then! Draw!”
As Jaden drew, he observed the card. It was a monster, but not the kind he’d need at the moment. Definitely wanted to keep it, but couldn’t make any big moves with it, really. He’d just have to keep his hand full, and risk one of his cards.
“I’ll throw down a face-down and end my turn!”
Raigeki was a big risk to take on a set, but ultimately, as long as he got his monsters going, it would be fine, in Jaden’s mind.

She only nodded, looking at her hand. It was decent, but not the most optimal. If only she had at least two other monsters in conjunction to this hand. Still, perhaps just doing this would draw enough suspicion to catch him off guard.
With deliberate motions, with not an ounce of flair in them, she set three of her cards into the spell and trap zone, the face down cards appearing for a moment before fading away.
“I end my turn.”
“My turn then, I draw!”
Looking at his cards, Jaden’s stomach felt like it had a knot in it. These were some sweet spell cards, though one or two he preferred for late game. But Jaden’d dealt with some terrible hands before, and if anything, he knew how to bluff.
“Heh! Pretty scary cards ya got there! ‘d be a shame if one of those were a trap that’d catch me by surprise. So I won’t summon any monsters, but I WILL play Fusion Sage! This card lets me search out polymerization, and I’ll use it to grab Fusion Substitute, which I can do since it’s always treated as having its name be polymerization!”
“And that’ll end my move!” The slifer declared, after searching his card, and reshuffling his deck.
