the thing about cyberpunk 2077 is that night city is the place that will eat you up alive if you can’t find a way to live in it. it will chew you up and spit you out without remorse. it’s dark and it’s corrupt and it’s weighed down by grief. but there’s still something comforting about it. everything is terrible but there’s are so many people that love you. people keep on living and finding companionship, they will trust you and they will learn to lean on you for support. you will find friends to lean on too. against all odds there are still cats in the city. everything is hard but you are still helping people and that matters. the more jobs you take on, and the more people you help, there will be more people who will miss you when you’re gone. there are still things worth fighting for. it’s hard but the sun will rise and it will set every day regardless. they will miss you when you’re gone. the love was real and it was there, even if it doesn’t really change the outcome in the end. you’re destined to die but it’s okay because you and johnny ultimately found comfort in each other, you not so secretly decided to keep fighting for one another
