Like I feel so bad that I'm so closed off from my parents I'm just so used to my interests and pursuits being met with humiliation. Its so bad that if I infodump to people, within the hour after I'll regret it even if they were enjoying learning. I regret opening up for no reason in anticipation of being laughed at and thought less of for being a person with interests and needs and vulnerabilities.

Deeply ingrained fear of rejection and constant rejection will have you rationalizing and apologizing for like. Everything lol. Like, my parents could say like, "oh you're wearing a red shirt today?" Totally innocently maybe even to segway into saying it looks good on me and I'd be like. "I just thought it'd be nice to expirement with a new color. I'm sorry." Because I'm assuming it means I did something wrong or rather something they think is stupid and that pointing me out was done to humiliate me for something I don't understand. Like it's such a deeply "I grew up super autistic" fear to have, this hypervigilance that everyone except for you is in on something and they are making fun of you because of it. They're talking and laughing at you and you don't even get it so you'll just keep doing it. Did you get a haircut? Bold fashion choice today. What are your interests? What have you been doing lately? Do you have a job? That's an interesting way of seeing things. Who do you sit with at lunch?
