This took a stupid, ridiculous amount of time, I don't think I've done a background since high school, so this was good practice.

This is a slightly modified version of Balloon Boy, inspired by @/rainslices' game "The Prototype." It is really good! and I highly recommend it for the vocal performance alone. I originally intended for it to be done after I saw the fnaf movie in theaters, but life happened! Cest la vie, no time like the present, and so on and so on.

I was actually pretty excited when the games introduced Balloon Boy and the puppet since they were the only ones I could draw back in high school, and now, with the cast expanded out to include more clown characters, I would love to give some other designs a shot.

After about a year or so of procrastinating, I remade my fursona/mascot character, Mute! It was very tricky because they have a relatively monochrome color palette now. As always, I included an annotated version and a version with the inspirations I used for the character. What I forgot to add is that the coffin belly was actually inspired by the Death Magnetic album from Metallica.

A really quick character redesign of mine, this is bebop, a character I've had since high school. A home-sick alien with a surly attitude, Bebop isn't a hostile life form, but certainly passive-aggressive.

I redid my Oc Blanches design and I thought I would do an experiment where I created a part of her reference sheet where I cataloged all the characters that did influence her design. I want to see if anyone else could pick it up. A common artist pet peeve is always "I hate it when other people tell me my characters look like another character" but personally I've always found that train of thought fascinating.

I could maybe go into another post about how each character on the right influenced this character over time? But until then I primarily want to highlight the main things, she's an android with lion aspects-- that is supposed to protect humanity in case of nuclear annihilation. However, that changes when a group of criminals uses her instead to fight in underground robot boxing matches.

I was asked to do some small talking sprites for a project with my friend. I might come back to this later and make it more detailed for my own uses

I redesigned an old character of mine. Inspired by the works of Osamu Tezuka, most notably Astro Boy and Kimba the white lion.

She's able to channel electric pulses through her hands to fertilize the ground for crops.
