hello, does jellycat have any rays? stingrays, manta rays, eagle rays, etc? thank you! ♡

Interesting question! I hope Jellycat will design all kinds of ray species in the future, especially a Giant Manta Ray that is about as big as their whales🤣 He would essentially be a pancake/ blanket but that sounds good to me.

Btw, did you know that some ray species chew their food? Biologists at University of Toronto filmed freshwater stingrays munching on soft fish, shrimp, and hard-shelled dragonfly nymphs using high speed cameras. The findings suggested that both mammals and stingrays had evolved similar methods of breaking down food independently of each other. Before that, mammals were believed to be the only animals to chew their food! (sorry, Zoology is my other special interest 😅)

🥛 Have some warm milk. There are different recipes that you can try:

Ingredients: milk, honey, water, cinnamon

1. Boil some water 💧

2. Fill up your cup halfway

3. Add in milk to the top 🥛

4. Stir in some honey (~1tbsp) 🍯

5. Sprinkle in some cinnomon

6. Stir stir stir and voilà. 🥄

This is actually the drink recipe from Ponyo; only difference being that you don't put in honey nor cinnamon first as putting honey in hot drinks affects some of its qualities and in my experience adding cinnamon last prevents it from clumping or staying at the bottom ٩_(*˙︶˙*)_۶

Ingredients: milk, sugar, vanilla flavouring (you can use an extract I just prefer the taste with the flavouring)

1. Pour milk into your cup. 🥛

2. Microwave it so that it's lukewarm

3. Add in a teaspoon or two of sugar. 🥄

4. Add a teaspoon of vanilla flavouring. 🥄

5. Stir stir stir and voilà. 🥄

Here are some ways you can hide stuff if you're still closeted and don't want others to find it. Hope it helps.

Hiding spots:

★ Old shoeboxes or non-see-through tupperware

★ Trinkets box (it's already full of random stuff what's more?)

★ Rolled up socks for small things (e.g. paci in a plastic baggie to keep it clean)

★ Pillowcase for small stuff or notebook/colouring book/etc

★ Back of a full/er drawer

★ Back of the bottom shelf of bookcase/desk

★ Under the mattress for flat stuff like colouring books

★ Beneath clothes or pjs (especially if it's also clothes)

★ Behind books on a shelf as long it cannot be seen from the side or top

★ Old school bags/handbags in the closet/wardrobe

★ Under the bed in the middle/corner (preferably near other stuff

★ Wrapped in a blanket or a hoodie

★ Inside coat pockets hung in your closet/room/chair

★ Plushies that have pockets

★ Behind furniture near a wall for flat stuff (also in a bag to keep clean)

★ Old folders that you don't need (or new if you use them a lot)

★ In the back of a high shelf

★In between similar things if you have them (eg: a colourful shirt with a childish in between you normal colourful clothes or pjs)

Excuses:

♥︎ plushies -> Heard it helps with anxiety/stress/etc

♥︎ same toys/plushies brand/type -> collection

♥︎ plastic plates/etc -> Lower risk of breaking when tired

♥︎ kids cutlery -> prefering smaller cutlery, helps with eating slower (if you tend to eat fast)

♥︎ kid shows -> nostalgia

♥︎ no words shows -> headache (dialogue makes it worse)

♥︎ oversized clothes or pjs -> comfier to chill at home

♥︎ soft blankets -> comfort, to keep warm, decoration

♥︎ fruit pouches and other snacks -> easy mindless snacks

♥︎ colouring books -> calming activity, easier so less stress

♥︎ cutesy hairclips -> only ones you could find/cheaper/sale to keep hair out of the way

♥︎ stickers -> to decorate notes, nostalgia, collection

♥︎ pacis -> gag gift (often biting your nail, being childish at times, biting/sucking your lips,being a 'crybaby'), dare that you kept for the memory of the silliness
