*Please note that while we have every intention of sticking to this schedule, we reserve the right to adapt it according to our needs

It Lives Project UPDATE

Hey everyone! It's been about two and a half months since our last update, which ended on a horrible cliffhanger that made many readers lose their heads ;) So, for no specific reason in particular, we decided that now is as good a time as any to give an update on our progress!

We are 96% of the way done with the drafting process. Basically all that we have left to write are the endings and various epilogue scenes!

Chapters 12-17 are fully programmed and include a plethora of stunning CGs, exciting twists and turns, spooky scenes, and romantic moments that I'm sure will get people excited ;)

While we don't have any release date set in stone, we are making fantastic progress. If I were to suggest a time to look toward for our return... I would say keep an eye out for the latter half of Spooky Season 👀

Until then, we'll keep answering asks, reblogging ILW content, and working on the game until it's ready for you!

I saw your answer mentioning not being sure when the books take place, and I think ILW takes place in 2021, because ILitW takes place in autumn 2017 (hospital records say Jane died in 2007 and it's been ten years), ILB is three years later in summer 2020, and ILW is a year later in autumn 2021 based on the characters' ages (particularly ILitW MC's, since canon gives us a timeline for their birthday).

i didn't know we were given a year, so thanks for sending this in! yeah so by the looks of it, ilw takes place in the fall of 2021
