January 17,1995: Princess Diana was pictured during a visit to the SeeAbility charity in Surrey, which was formerly The Royal School for the Blind, of which Diana was patron.
During her visit Diana met 22 year old Chris Anderson, who asked if he could ‘see’ her face with his hands.
Diana said she didn’t mind, and broke with royal protocol which at the time forbid touching a member of the royal family. Afterwards Chris said that Diana was “The prettiest woman I have ever seen”
