meet her : marin kitagawa ♥️

marin kitagawa is like a burst of sunshine wrapped in a glittery pink ribbon— bright, bubbly, and absolutely impossible to ignore! she’s the kind of girl who walks into a room and instantly makes it feel ten times more exciting, like a festival just started out of nowhere. with her golden-blonde hair cascading like a waterfall of sunshine, twinkling pink eyes full of endless excitement, and a wardrobe that screams “fashion queen,” marin is the definition of dazzling.
but she’s not just about looks—oh no, this girl has a heart as big as the sky! she’s passionate, kind, and unapologetically herself, never afraid to fangirl over the things she loves (which, let’s be real, makes her even cuter). whether she’s gushing over her favorite anime characters or hyping up her friends, marin’s energy is as infectious as a catchy pop song. and when it comes to cosplay? she’s a total dreamer with a fiery dedication, willing to go the extra mile to bring her favorite characters to life. even if she doesn’t know how to sew or style a wig, she never lets that stop her—because where there’s a will, there’s a way. so yeah, she isn’t just a pretty face; she’s a walking sparkle, a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day, and the kind of person who reminds you that being yourself is the most beautiful thing of all.

Just a quick update: from now on, I’ll no longer be using 𝗠𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 as my OC name. Instead, I’ll start using 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 as my new OC name. I hope this doesn’t confuse you. Anyway, you can still call me 𝗔𝗯𝗲𝘆, Thank you!

As a member of a cartel, you must be prepared for any situation during the operation. Even when you are asked to be a leader, like it or not, you have to do it so that the operation can keep going. How do you become a good leader during operation?
To be a good leader in an operation, there are a few things to keep in mind. First, you need to be wise and not put your personal desires first. As a leader, I'll listen to my team members' opinions first before making any decisions together. After all, I can't move forward without my team. Second, I'll always check in on my Unity members to see if anyone is left behind or facing difficulties and offer help if needed. Third, I'll be a supportive leader by always encouraging and fully backing each Unity member during the operation, no matter what they're doing—I want to be a leader who is always there for and supporting them.

Sunkissed Dream: My Offbeat Beach Outfit Diary
By Abel 🤍

Outfit of the day check! Can you guess what I'm wearing to the beach today? I've chosen a simple yet adorable look with a white tank top layered under a coordinating cardigan decorated with little pink bows, adding a sweet flair. To keep things comfortable and stylish, I'm pairing it with a black mini skirt that allows for easy beachside frolicking. My feet are adorned with a pair of pretty white sandals that tie the whole outfit together beautifully. I'm so pleased with today's outfit! The theme is all about being a sweet girl who'd make your dream beach date.

Not all operations are in a state that can be handled, there are times when we, as members of the cartel, get into a precarious situation, and it is not uncommon that you have to hide. What do you think is an effective way to hide?
An effective way to hide involves blending into the environment and avoiding patterns that might give us away. This includes wearing inconspicuous clothing that matches the surroundings, minimizing movement, and staying in areas with ample cover, such as dense foliage or urban structures. Additionally, reducing noise and staying out of sightlines are crucial. It's also important to have a planned escape route and to be aware of our surroundings at all times to avoid detection.

In an operation, it is not uncommon for the leader of the unity to have an opinion or way of working that does not suit us. How do you adjust if you are in a situation like this? Will you stick with it, or choose to say what you get?
In my opinion, as a leader, we need to stay neutral and wise. I get that the leader wants the best for their team and aims for the best results during operations. However, a leader should be wise and not impose their own will. It’s better if the leader discusses their ideas with the team and makes decisions together, so everyone feels valued and the operation goes smoother. So, if I had a leader like that, I’d suggest being a mediator who listens to everyone's opinions first. If there are different views, we can discuss them further, and if everyone agrees, we can follow the leader's suggestion.

Rest is important during operation; often, the rest time is short. How do you optimize that short break?
Well, for me, rest is everything. It doesn't matter if the time given is short or long, I will definitely make the most of it. Especially after performing an operation, we usually lose a lot of energy and need time to recover. Typically, even if it's just for a short while, I will make time to recharge my energy by sleeping or doing things that make me feel comfortable, such as listening to music, watching something, or reading a book. Eating delicious food or snacks can also help me maximize my rest time, even if it's brief. So, don't forget to rest, even if it's just for 5 minutes, because no one knows how tired we are except ourselves.

When carrying out operations, it is not uncommon for us to move from place to place. Meet new people and feel a new atmosphere. How do you adapt to the new environment?
Well, for me, moving from place to place and meeting new people isn't really a big deal. I believe in the principle that people come and go, so whether we like it or not, we’ll always meet new people eventually. Besides, to carry out operations, we need to uphold professionalism. I'm someone who adapts easily. Usually, I approach people by being friendly or simply asking about things I don't know, like what the environment is like and what challenges I might face. Starting with questions, we gradually become familiar because of the flowing conversation. Confidence and bravery are important here because we can’t always stay in our comfort zone. Like it or not, we have to learn to adapt anywhere and anytime.

On a journey, you will definitely be faced with a historic moment. Whether it was a memorable moment or a bad moment. What would you prepare to face the historic moment in your life if you could find out about its arrival?
If I knew a historic moment was coming in my life, I'd get ready in a few ways. First, I'd make sure to reflect on what this moment means to me and maybe do some meditating to stay calm and focused. I'd talk to friends and family to get emotional support and do some self-care activities to keep myself balanced. On a practical level, I'd gather all the information I could about what's coming and make a solid plan. I'd also make sure I have any necessary resources or supplies ready to go. If the moment required specific skills or knowledge, I'd take some time to learn and train. Overall, I'd aim to be as prepared as possible both mentally and practically.

During an operation, it is not uncommon for us to meet new people. In fact, not a few also want to join together. How do you welcome people who will join your operation?
I'm the type of person who’s pretty sociable and welcoming to new people. However, since this involves an operation we're doing, I can't just accept them right away. First, I'll be friendly and get to know them while figuring out if they have any bad intentions. It's important to be cautious because anyone could betray us. Second, if I find out their intentions are good, I'll gladly help them with any information or support they need. Lastly, I'll assist them in smoothly integrating into the team, promoting open communication and collaboration to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Trusting each other is very important when an operation is in progress. How do you maintain someone's trust in you?
I'm the type of person who can keep people's trust. Here are a few things I think are important for maintaining someone's trust in me. First, being committed to loyalty. Loyalty is crucial for me, and once I commit to it, I'll stick to it no matter what happens. Second, being transparent or honest about everything. Honesty can be tough, especially when people justify lying for good reasons, but not for me. Honesty is the main foundation of everything. If we're used to being honest, there won't be misunderstandings or ignorance, especially during a mission. Third, I believe in respect. Respecting each other is important. If we want to be respected, we must respect others. People will trust us if we value everything they entrust to us.

How would you articulate your emotions when you are in a state of happiness for doing any activities?
Umm, when I’m in a state of happiness while doing any activity, I feel a profound sense of contentment and exhilaration. Happiness for me is simple, really simple. Even just laughing in the morning makes me feel happy! I believe that if we do everything with enjoyment, happiness will naturally come and overflow. For example, if we encounter something we don't like but try to just enjoy it and do our best, we'll end up feeling happy and not burdened.

“Do you cherish yourself?” If so, how do you demonstrate this self-affection and implement it during an operation or a mission to achieve success?
Of course, cherishing oneself is essential for optimal performance and well-being, especially during demanding operations or missions. I demonstrate self-affection by prioritizing self-care, setting clear boundaries, and practicing mindfulness. This involves ensuring I get enough rest, nutrition, and exercise, while also being mindful of my mental and emotional needs. During operations, I implement self-affection by taking breaks when necessary, seeking support from colleagues, and celebrating achievements along the way. This approach not only fosters resilience and prevents burnout but also enhances my ability to achieve success by maintaining a healthy balance between personal well-being and professional performance.
